Very bad experience. Hotel was behind the security in the airport (which we knew), but we could not get through security until twelve hours before our stay, making the stay a moot point. The hotel staff tried to help us but were unable to do anything.

Couldn’t check in because the hotel is past security in terminal 3, and my flight was in terminal 2. Would have been nice to know that when I booked!

This hotel denied a reservation I made for a friend who was traveling with her baby and her 14 year old son. I prepaid for the reservation and they denied her when she tried to check in. Not only did they deny that I already paid for it, but would not give her a room even if SHE paid again. After traveling for nearly 12 hours, she tried to check in late in the evening (still before midnight) and they turned her away. Will never book another Wyndham.
