A nicely updated hotel in a convenient location for walking, restaurants and shopping. Being central city the area can be noisy at night. The room we booked for a family of 4 was great, with a queen bedroom and 2 single beds in sets in the main room.

This hotel is exceptional! The staff are ever so lovely. The reception staff were friendly, smiley and helpful and the lady who works in house keeping couldn’t have been more wonderful - she was like a ray of sunshine! The room itself was perfect. It was immaculately clean (maybe the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever visited!), very modern and extremely comfortable and cosy. The TV worked really well and we found lots to watch. On top of all of this, the toiletries (hand wash etc) smelt divine. You get the chance to use a pool, spa, sauna, gym at a local location and the staff at reception sorted all of this out for us quickly and efficiently. There are also clean and efficient laundry facilities on every floor that you can access - this was fab for us! Honestly we were so impressed with this hotel and were sad to leave! Thank you for making this little stretch of our honeymoon so enjoyable (and for the free delicious chocolates!).

The hotel is was conveniently located close to all amenities. There is parking nearby (read the instructions before you arrive). The bed and bathroom were comfortable but we were very confused by the incredibly large pillar less than a foot from the bed. I’m sure it was structurally necessary but we found the furniture placement awkward. The layout and number of outlets indicate this room would be ideal for a single occupant.
