The hotel itself was nice, and there were several things we genuinely enjoyed about our stay. However, our experience with customer service was disappointing. We transferred hotels and chose this property, knowing that check-in wasn’t until 2:00 PM, which was completely fine because we already had plans for the day. However, when we returned from our sightseeing around 5:00 PM, our room still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, we were assigned a room that had just been freshly painted, and the smell of fresh paint was overwhelming. I found this extremely unprofessional and felt that the room should not have been assigned to guests in that condition. Additionally, the next room we were assigned had dirty dishes left outside the door, and it took approximately 24 hours for them to be removed. These experiences left us feeling that greater attention to detail and guest satisfaction were needed. On a positive note, the spa was first-class, the breakfast was good, and the hotel’s location was excellent. Overall, the property has a lot to offer, but customer service needs significant improvement. A beautiful hotel and great amenities can only go so far when guests don’t feel properly taken care of. Customer service is everything, and the way you treat your guests matters just as much as the property itself. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve the guest experience.

Second stay at this conveniently located hotel near Galataport. Room was clean and had enough amenities. Walking distance to Galata Tower, Taksim Sq and other attractions. Shops, museums and restaurants are also close by.

Solo traveler, 4 nights, executive room 1 queen bed, room size for one person is great. No noise. Location of hotel is excellent if you want Galata Port area. Behind hotel you have nice alleys with bars/restaurants/cafes.. etc Staff were nice, bed was comfortable, but my 4 stars (instead of 5) were because I didn't like the bathroom in the room, it doesn't match up to a 5 star hotel standard although this is a 5 star hotel. But the location makes sense to stay there.

Well located. Plenty of shopping and food within short walking distances. The hotel is starting to show its age: carpets throughout are stained, TVs old, bathrooms a bit old fashioned. But overall still acceptable. Also, rooms facing the backside may get noisy since directly exposed to the below street restaurants and bars. Double windows should be installed. Ask for a room facing inside. EV chargers in the underground parking are great! ZES is the provider (you need the ZES card).
