I had a very good trip to San Miguel. The host that I worked with was named Cristofer. We had a great trip with my friends to this hotel. It is right in the heart of the city I enjoyed talking to the people there . There is a reserva Jose Cuervo cave downstairs. Do the tasting it is very nice. The restaurant is very nice. I love the rooftop restaurants in town. This is definitely a visit again place.

What an amazing property. From the moment you arrive, the staff is there providing excellent service. The property is small (in a good way) and you get to know the staff quickly…and vice versa. The location can’t be beat, you will be in the pedestrian zone. the restaurant is also top notch. Both the quality and variety of food are excellent and the views from the roof top restaurant seating are equally impressive. Oh…the rooms are great too and well decorated. All in all, an excellent choice for staying in SMA.

This boutique hotel is a true gem. Stunning location, amazing room with kind and generous staff. Booked here at the last minute for a wedding being hosted in town, spent most of the weekend eating at the amazing hotel restaurant! The wedding party came over to visit after the wedding and wished they had booked this hotel for one of their venue evenings and their own hotel stay. You can’t go wrong!

Lovely and attentive service. Received a room upgrade and delicious welcome drink. The restaurant was also delightful with amazing views. It could be a little noisy at night but settled down by 11pm. Very well located and walking distance to all the top sights. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would stay here again.

It was well located in the center of town close to the main plaza. The hotel was very nice, good service and great roof top restaurant. No pool despite it being listed on Expedia.

Beautiful hotel! The location couldn't be better, it's right in the middle of everything, but it's still quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing I did not love was that the room felt very dark, it was on the first floor so we couldn't really open the curtains for privacy. Next time we stay there, we'll ask for a room in one of the top floors so we get more light. The rooftop restaurant was amazing. The best food we had in San Miguel!

We just got back from a 4 night stay in SMA. This boutique hotel is super convenient and centrally located in the gated pedestrian area of town. The rooms are clean and the staff was so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel. And the breakfast was a nice bonus as well.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport, the staff here provided top-notch service. The hotel was in the center of everything, but still quiet. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. I look forward to coming back.

The property is at a great location and the people who work there are exceptional. The only reason I gave a 4 is because there are not windows u can keep open and sit in your room. It feels claustrophobic in the room with no outside air coming in.

Very nice property with excellent location to Centro and all the sights. Room was on the slightly small size but for two nights worked just fine. Staff very helpful and breakfasts were great.

High quality boutique hotel. Staff and service excellent. Is perfectly situated in the historic center of the city. A short walk to some really great restaurants and only half a block from the main plaza. We would certainly stay here again when returning to San Miguel

What an amazing property. From the moment you arrive, the staff is there providing excellent service. The property is small (in a good way) and you get to know the staff quickly…and vice versa. The location can’t be beat, you will be in the pedestrian zone. the restaurant is also top notch. Both the quality and variety of food are excellent and the views from the roof top restaurant seating are equally impressive. Oh…the rooms are great too and well decorated. All in all, an excellent choice for staying in SMA.

It was well located in the center of town close to the main plaza. The hotel was very nice, good service and great roof top restaurant. No pool despite it being listed on Expedia.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean. Very friendly staff and helpful staff. They made reservations for our dinner and took care of a of contacting a taxi for me to get to the airport. I would return and stay here again. Highly suggest this hotel. Also there breakfast is delicious!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las habitaciones hermosas y la Lenceria de buena calidad, el personal muy amable. Lo único que sugiero que deberían mejorar es el servicio del desayuno pues es súper limitado,,,te dan a escoger 3 opciones y después no hay ni la mitad de los ingredientes para preparar la selección!!, además solo puedes tomar 2 cafés y los jugos solo los puedes pedir después de las 9:00am,,, ósea demasiadas reglas para un desayuno por el que estás pagando !!

Wonderful experience and would stay here again! Conveniently located in the center of Old Town and a block away from el Jardin. So many bars, restaurants and shops to explore in the surrounding area. However, rooftop restaurant at 1810 is fabulous with it's view of the city and St Michael's - was a magical experience for us on our first night. Food and service were outstanding. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly and made an effort to call us by our name while we were there. Room was quiet (we had Room 101). It had a large bathroom, shower and plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo and lotion. Bed was a king size and was very comfortable - felt like home -- and the pillows were a delight. Room had a writing desk, coffee service and seating area in front of a TV mounted over a fireplace. Staff was very accommodating when we had to ask for a bit of a late check out (about one hour later) even though we left on Friday and it was a busy weekend for them. Hotel provided car service that picked us up at the BJX airport in Silao which was great -- less headaches than taking a taxi for an 1-1/2 hour drive. Breakfast was included with our stay and was a delight - large selection of made-to-order entrees and great French-press coffee. Very attentive service! Bell service was great; met us about a half-block from the hotel (since the hotel is on a walking street) and carried our bags to our room when we checked in; did the reverse when we checked out.

Highly recommend. Great location, clean and well maintained. The best thing about this property is the STAFF! Everyone was incredible and went out of their way to make our trip fantastic.

Todo estuvo perfecto pero creo importante hacer este comentario, el día de llegada traíamos urgencia del baño y una joven del área de la barra nos dijo “son huéspedes” a lo cual le dijimos que si, que teníamos reservación y nos contestó que solo en nuestra habitación había baño y le contesté “URGE me permitas el baño” tuvo que preguntar a la persona de recepción que muy amablemente dijo que por supuesto, ella ya quería enviarnos a otro baño y Cristopher le dijo, no, ahí está ese, que precisamente estaba enfrente de ella por un lado del elevador, es decir, ni modo que no supiera dónde están los baños… para nosotros fue falta de EMPATIA, ACLARÓ eso no ensombreció nuestra estadía porque todos los demás fueron EXCELENTES anfitriones, definitivamente volvería; también visitamos el hotel hermano que el sushi estuvo EXQUISITO y todo el personal súper amables, muchas gracias IVÁN!!!
