A quaint unpretentious place. Exactly what a boutique hotel should be. Only a few rooms, quiet respectful guests. Small pool nice to cool off. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful main dining room and interesting art. The Included breakfast was delicious and varied each day. I would stay here any time.

What a charming boutique hotel and wonderfully warm staff. It is a short walk to town, restaurants and the beach. We stayed in the top unit and had a huge outdoor deck with a nice jungle feel to it. The pool is a nice place to take a dip at the end of the day..not a spot youll hang out in. We would stay here again.

Good location with very friendly staff. The included breakfast was amazing - great local fare served in their amazing dining room overlooking the inner courtyard. Recommend taking a dip in their pool after a day at the beach. We’ll be back again!

Such an amazing stay. The staff make this small hotel extra special. They were the kindest and sweetest ladies. Breakfast was incredible and while it's on the far side of town it's just 5 minutes walk into the main area. Loved staying here. The rooms are beautiful and the small pool was great for a dip just to cool off

This is our second time staying at Cas San Pancho. We love the small, friendly hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming, the breakfasts are amazing and the pool was delightfully refreshing. We plan to stay again!!!

What a gem! This adorable spot is tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still conveniently close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the delicious daily breakfasts. The provided beach umbrellas and sarongs were such thoughtful touches that made our beach days even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was our first time visiting San Pancho and we were so happy with our choice of accommodations. Hotel Casa San Pancho was just lovely! It is kept very clean and maintained. Location was steps from the main street through town but just enough off the beaten path to feel relaxed. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with updated decor. The homemade breakfast each morning was fantastic. Being from Seattle, any old coffee just won’t due. Our cuppa Joe at Hotel Casa San Pancho was very satisfying. There is obvious community in this charming little town by the beach. My only regret is we are unable to stay longer. School is calling for my kids. Highly recommend San Pancho and Hotel Casa San Pancho. Pro tip: Lots of cobblestone so be ready with good walking shoes/sandals.

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. The ladies who work there are so sweet and accommodating. The room was clean with air conditioning and the mattress was very comfortable. Only a block away from the main street full of delicious restaurants that lead to the beach. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Mexican culture.

This place was absolute perfection. The moment we walked in, I could feel the positive energy and much needed calm after a long day of travel. The service was excellent, the room was so comfortable with a fabulous shower, even the lighting was perfect (both natural and light fixtures). The included breakfast was coffee, juice, fruit, and a delicious omelet. It's so close to everything yet just far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. We actually lucked into this gem of a hotel after our previous hotel cancelled our reservation because we were delayed! It all worked out so perfectly and will definitely stay here every time we come to San Pancho!

The property was very clean, rooms very clean and simple. Staff super nice. I liked the sarong wrap as a nice touch for wearing after a dip in the pool. The room if on the bottom level was VERY noisy! I could hear everything above me and it was a bit irritating since It was after quiet hours. Some reviews had mentioned how peaceful the place was and I booked as I wanted the quiet room but it wasn't very quiet. Patricia was especially kind and understanding when I spoke to her about the noise. She came down to my room to understand what was disrupting my rest. She just approached the situation in a positive way. There wasn't a small fridge in the room and for the price I thought it should include it.

This was our second time staying at the Casa San Pancho and we absolutely love staying here. The daily breakfasts are delicious. It always felt like “coming home”. All of the staff are kind and eager to help. Patricia continues to work at the Casa since our last stay, and it was like seeing a friend again. She is happy to go above and beyond for guests. We will be back!

It was our first time visiting San Pancho and we were so happy with our choice of accommodations. Hotel Casa San Pancho was just lovely! It is kept very clean and maintained. Location was steps from the main street through town but just enough off the beaten path to feel relaxed. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with updated decor. The homemade breakfast each morning was fantastic. Being from Seattle, any old coffee just won’t due. Our cuppa Joe at Hotel Casa San Pancho was very satisfying. There is obvious community in this charming little town by the beach. My only regret is we are unable to stay longer. School is calling for my kids. Highly recommend San Pancho and Hotel Casa San Pancho. Pro tip: Lots of cobblestone so be ready with good walking shoes/sandals.

What a charming boutique hotel and wonderfully warm staff. It is a short walk to town, restaurants and the beach. We stayed in the top unit and had a huge outdoor deck with a nice jungle feel to it. The pool is a nice place to take a dip at the end of the day..not a spot youll hang out in. We would stay here again.

Such an amazing stay. The staff make this small hotel extra special. They were the kindest and sweetest ladies. Breakfast was incredible and while it's on the far side of town it's just 5 minutes walk into the main area. Loved staying here. The rooms are beautiful and the small pool was great for a dip just to cool off

This was possibly the nicest hotel me and my girlfriend have EVER stayed at. The service was amazing and the rooms and hotel was very clean and absolutely stunning. The location seemed like it was the best in San pancho. It was far enough away from the main street that it was quite at night but close enough to walk to the beach/main street in 10 minutes. The breakfast that was included was unbelievable too. You can swim in the pool with the stars above you at night. Unbelievable experience overall. Very relaxing.

What a gem! This adorable spot is tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still conveniently close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the delicious daily breakfasts. The provided beach umbrellas and sarongs were such thoughtful touches that made our beach days even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

A quaint unpretentious place. Exactly what a boutique hotel should be. Only a few rooms, quiet respectful guests. Small pool nice to cool off. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful main dining room and interesting art. The Included breakfast was delicious and varied each day. I would stay here any time.

Charming Inn. Open and lovely breakfast area but also a small lounge, easy to relax there and plan your day. Our Q bedroom was small but comfortable with windows that open to small pool. The breakfast was delicious and staff ( thank you Alia for all suggestions) was perfect. Location is wonderful, quiet street but still 5 min walk to the main area of town and line 8 to the beach. They lend you some pareos ( cotton wraps) and also umbrella maybe chairs? For the beach.

Property was an oasis! Beautiful lobby and pool area for a neighborhood hotel. Breakfast was really yummy and a great variety each day. Rooms are clean and cute but no bathroom privacy. Close walk to everything, felt safe and part of the neighborhood. We loved staying in the lobby and playing cards at night with wine from their bar!
