The door to the pool was locked. I called the attention of the staff at the customer service. She was furious to see it locked. She said that the door can’t opened that an object was placed at its lower part to prevent it from being locked and someone had removed the object. There is no maintenance to work on it that night. And there is nothing she can do to fix it because she is by herself. She can’t help me. As a result, l was unable to swim that night. Another issue was my next door neighbor’s toilet not working well. The elderly couple requested for it to get fixed but she said that she couldn’t. Instead of trying to help them, she gave them a plunger to use. She told them she that there is no room to transfer them to.

Good - The breakfast was well stocked and better than I expected. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Not so good - The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty. There was a large spot on the carpet in the hallway that something had spilled that was sticky and did not get cleaned up for three days.

The lady & man at the front desk were great. They both were friendly, engaging & helpful. This is our 2x staying here. We use to only stay at the Hampton Inn . This hotel is so much nicer. I’ll never stay anywhere else. We come this way twice a year. We will be back in December. Thank you

Initial entry was smooth and fine. Pool was closed indefinitely with no notice given. Young lady at the desk was great. Get to the room, room overall was clean. Room had things left from a prior user. We had somewhere to be and just wiped things down when we returned. Bathroom had mold in corners and the air vents were covered in lint. I could not see the metal frame. As the evening progressed, we noticed at 11 pm that the AC made a loud noise when it ran and the room was 75 even though it was set at 68. Response was too late to fix or move rooms. We will not be returning.
