Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Check In. Zimmer frei und schönbum 12 Uhr bekommen. Wunderschönes neues Hotel mit tollem Gym und Spa Bereich (Pool und Sauna kostenpflichtig). Frühstück für 25€ buchbar. Frische Eierstation, viel Brot und Wurstauswahl. Für alle etwas dabei. Top Lage gleich neben der U Bahn. Wir waren begeistert.

Hotellet var fantastiskt. Gymmet var stort och fantastiskt. Det enda som var konstigt var att de hade bestämt att det skulle vara 26 grader i gymmet. Det var alldeles för varmt. När jag bad dem starta ac/ventilation sade de att det bara var jag som var varm. Ventilationen var avstängd. Det var det konstigaste och sämsta på hotellet. Annars var allt bra.

Grosszügiger Räume mit durchsichtigem französischem Balkon und Blick in den Innenhof. Gratis Wasser am Ankunftstag. Ein vielfältiges Fitnesszentrum mit langen Öffnungszeiten (inklusive). Schwimmbad/Wellness kostet 20 Euro am Tag. Wer nur, wie ich an Randzeiten das Schwimmbad nutzen möchte, würde eine Zeitkarte zur Abrechnung vorziehen. Nachfüllen von Kaffee und Tee wurde 2x übersehen, aber nach Aufforderung sofort gemacht. Sehr reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Stayed 3 nights, room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Very walkable to the sights/lots of transport options. Only negative was the large screen showing the football every night which rather changed the atmosphere in the bar, but would definitely stay here again.

The gym was amazing, although its opening times are not early enough for me. As I would like to gym before going to work but opening at 8am makes it not possible. Other than that the hotel is amazing! Very clean, quiet! Had a great stay.

Beautiful hotel which was spotlessly clean. Our room was very spacious, the bed was really comfy and the bathroom was immaculate. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and although we’re not vegan this option was available. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would 100% recommend it. A note for those using the spa (which is not owned by the hotel) - German spa rules means no swimwear in the spa/ sauna. We wrapped ourselves in towels ( not sure if we were supposed to do this or not but no one said anything) but being British it was a bit of a culture shock so we spent most of the time by the pool instead!

Super schönes Hotel mit direkter UBahn- Anbindung. Das Bad ist recht klein und die Dusche leider mit etwas Schimmel versehen … Ansonsten von der Sauberkeit wirklich super!! Das Frühstück und der Spa- Bereich sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Vi oplevede at morgenbuffeten var rigtig god. Vi havde booket 2 nætter, til trods for skilt på døren om at værelset godt måtte rengøres, blev dette ikke gjort selvom vi var væk fra værelset i 8 timer. Værelset vi havde fået var en handicap badeværelse, og det var meget upraktisk med badeværelset. Der kom vand over det hele, og ingen muligheder for at skrabe det væk. Sengene var dårlige, når man tænker på det er et 4-stjernet hotel.

Vi oplevede at morgenbuffeten var rigtig god. Vi havde booket 2 nætter, til trods for skilt på døren om at værelset godt måtte rengøres, blev dette ikke gjort selvom vi var væk fra værelset i 8 timer. Værelset vi havde fået var en handicap badeværelse, og det var meget upraktisk med badeværelset. Der kom vand over det hele, og ingen muligheder for at skrabe det væk. Sengene var dårlige, når man tænker på det er et 4-stjernet hotel.

From start to finish the stay was great. The large room, great shower with a proper shower cubicle (!!!), plentiful breakfast buffet, location next to the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station, tastefully designed interiors, good A/C etc etc. Value-for-money, peaceful. I cant praise enough! Just 1 little niggle, the internet speed. 5Mb/s is just not fast enough for a hotel of this class, however, it did not cause me issues streaming, to my surprise. If this were better then it would be a new favourite hotel in Berlin

Very good stay overall, good room size and cleanliness, well appointed facilities. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. If you wanted a swim everyday it would be expensive. Ubahn outside. Only 2 small faults, room cleaning didn't replenish tea and coffee and there were only 2 coffee sachets for a 3 night stay. This happens at alot of hotels, I don't know why this is so difficult to get right, it costs the hotel nothing compared to your room rate. Second issue was with one bar tender. I had a whiskey old fashioned, he made abother staff make it and he didn't know what he was doing so the first was frequently shouting at him. Took my whiskey outside, after a while then first bar tender came out and asked my if I wanted another, I said know and he said then I should pay, I asked to charge to my room and he said I needed to come back inside, I hadn't finished my drink and was enjoying the evening but I complied. I then said I would pay immediately and so he put the card machine out, I tried to pay but then he said in a very passive aggressive manner "if you don't want to tip me you have press this button". I didn't complain but why would I tip someone who didn't make my drink, didn't serve it to me and called me inside to pay before I had finished it? This was 1 hour before close on a Saturday night so he wasn't chasing up. This is a small irritation on an otherwise very pleasant stay but hopefully the hotel will read it and take note.

Having had such a good experience last time, I had no hesitation in booking again. Check in was good with a very friendly staff member and I was allocated a "Junior suite" on the 6th floor with a small balcony. Upon arrival I was disappointed with the size and layout of the room. Everything seemed 'crammed in' and the partition wall between bedroom and lounge was just in the way with no significant purpose. As I was only staying there for about 14 hours I let it go though. However, 2 main negatives. There were no curtains but useless roll down blinds, which were so far from the window, that they hardly blocked the light at all. This negatively impacted on my ability to sleep after it got light at about 5am. The 2nd problem was that of hardly any cold water pressure in the bathroom. It was, at best. a trickly, which caused issues in the shower as the hot water was scolding and could only be partially regulated by a small amount of cold water. As such, I was forced to endure a 'trickle shower' so I did not get badly burned. Some of the furniture was also badly marked and, to be honest, I was glad when it was time to leave. I reported both of the major issues to reception but was not impressed by their reaction upon checkout.

Due to train issues we were late for check-in. Very hard to reach the reception by telephone. We therefore sent several e-mails and tried to send messsages through other channels (facebook and instagram) but no answer. When we arrived at the hotel very little information about the hotel was given by the receptionist, apart from the room number. No information about breakfast, pool or gym. Not at all a wecoming attitude. Overall a stressful vacation start in Germany. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. A few lamps were not working in the room.

This stay was extremely disappointing from the start. I specifically booked a queen-sized bed, yet upon arrival, I was given a room with twin beds. When I complained, I was told to “try again in 2 hours” as they might change it, but no queen room was ever made available during my stay. At check-out, things got even worse. When I asked for an invoice, the staff member was dismissive and rude from beginning to end. She repeatedly cut me off, acted unprofessionally, and even laughed while telling me she couldn’t help. Overall, the service was careless, unfriendly, and far below what you’d expect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Können wir empfehlen. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung sind wir überall wo wir hinwollten schnell mit der U-Bahn , S-Bahn oder auch zu Fuß hingekommen.

From start to finish the stay was great. The large room, great shower with a proper shower cubicle (!!!), plentiful breakfast buffet, location next to the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station, tastefully designed interiors, good A/C etc etc. Value-for-money, peaceful. I cant praise enough! Just 1 little niggle, the internet speed. 5Mb/s is just not fast enough for a hotel of this class, however, it did not cause me issues streaming, to my surprise. If this were better then it would be a new favourite hotel in Berlin

Stayed 3 nights, room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Very walkable to the sights/lots of transport options. Only negative was the large screen showing the football every night which rather changed the atmosphere in the bar, but would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 5 night stay as part of a package deal through Expedia. Hotel is well maintained and clean with access to an incredible fitness center. Rooms are modern and comfortable with only trouble being keeping the room cool as the day warmed up. Location was perfect for access to the city with short walks to Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag and Tiergarten area. U-barn stop is about 200 feet from the hotel as well.

The Titanic Chaussee was a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the hotel was very close to a metro station, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities. A couple of issues though. I didn't see anywhere on the listing that said I had to pay £20 per day to use the spa facilities. I also had a meal in the Italian restaurant, which was amazing food but start to finish of my meal took about 2 hours. The service was so slow and the restaurant was not even busy. I would say the staff was friendly and helpful but more info needed on the listing and a conversation with the waitiers might be needed.

Fint hotel - dog lugtede der lidt af våd hund da vi kom til vores værelse. Der var kun en shampoo på badeværelset og ingen balsam. Lækker morgenmad - meget stort udvalg. Restauranten som er tilknyttet hotellet er ikke super god. Vi måtte vente længe på betjening og maden er ikke særlig spændende.

perfect hotel for a stay in Berlin. Good breakfast, nice wellness facilties and easy access to the city centre :) Plus, there are a lot of very good Asian restaurants near the hotel. Only minus that I have is that it was a little loud in the hotel, I could hear the guests in the room above mine and there were a lot of families in the hotel, which meant a lot of kids running around and shouting in the evening. But this is to be expected in a non adults only hotel :) Other than that, really nice hotel!!

Very nice hotel in a good location. They allowed for an early check in. The pool is nice but wellness not really as it felt uncomfortable with children, people on phones and wearing swimwear in the sauna. All forbidden but not supervised. Next time I would not pay extra for the wellness

I chose this hotel primarily because of the swimming pool. The pool was actually the first photograph shown in the advert and was prominently featured as one of the hotel facilities. Having stayed in hotels all over the world, I would naturally assume that an indoor swimming pool advertised as a hotel facility is included for guests. I was therefore extremely disappointed to find, on checking in, that there was an additional €25 charge to use the pool. Had this been made clear when booking, I would absolutely not have chosen this hotel. What makes this particularly frustrating is the way the facilities are presented under “About this property”. It lists “Indoor pool” as a hotel facility without making it clear that there is an additional charge. Interestingly, in the very same list it specifically says “Pets allowed – Fees apply”, so the hotel clearly does distinguish between facilities that are included and those that incur an additional fee. There is no equivalent warning next to the swimming pool. When I raised this with reception, I was told that the charge is mentioned further down in the description. While technically it may be mentioned somewhere, I feel this is misleading when the pool is so prominently featured in the advertising and listed simply as an “Indoor pool” under the hotel facilities. I have no objection to paying extra for certain premium services, but charging hotel guests €25 simply to use the hotel's own swimming pool feels excessive and missleading

Svømmebassenget er tilgjengelig mellom kl. 08.00 og kl. 22.00.
