The proprietors were very pleasant and helpful. We had nice breakfasts. Property was clean. Our room was spacious with a balcony. Price point was very good. Close to shopping and dining but quiet. Minor inconveniences were; safe and refrigerator did not work in our room. Hair dryer did not have a heat setting and hot water was not always available in the shower. These may be a deal breaker for some but we enjoyed our stay.

優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了

Excellent hotel, Kieu Anh is so kind The rooms are nice and it's in a great location for trekking, about 5 minutes walk to the town. It is in a house rather than a big tower , so be aware there is no lift (stairs up to 3rd floor) but Sapa Dragon is an excellent base to explore Sapa!

Nicht die nächsten Monate buchen! Auf dem Grundstück nebenan wird gebaut. Massiver Lärm von 6:30 am morgens bis 1 am in der Nacht. Baustelle gerade erst angefangen. Wird bestimmt noch die nächsten Monate Lärm geben. Die Gastgeber sind dagegen hilflos. Ohne den Lärm würde ich Empfehlen

Very friendly hotel & comfortable room. The owner Kieu Anh allowed me check-in early after overnight train that is wonderful. The massage at the hotel provided very good service with very reasonable price. For sure to come back this hotel again.

Clean, comfortable space very well located to center and train to Fansipan. Hotel manager, Kieu Anh was amazing. Helpful and very accommodating. Recommending hotel if you are looking for simple accommodation without anything fancy.

The breakfast was underwhelming. The view was of dirt instead of city as booked and paid for. The hot water in the shower lasted 3 minutes at its best. The bidet sprayer hose was comically short. The maid service was atrocious. My 7 year old makes the bed much better.

This hotel is good value for money. It is very clean. However for us it was difficult to sleep because of noisy pipework, other guests talking at 5am and then drums and pipes playing outside from 6am!! Bad timing for us I think and the team did try and help with the expected outdoor noise by giving us a room at the back of the building but it made no difference. Exhausted we eventually slept but then missed breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room was very clean - it had a chemical cleaning smell when we arrived but it did seem to calm down.

Sweet little independent hotel in the heart of Sapa. Owner is very friendly and goes out of her way to assist - she walked down the hill to meet us at our taxi and helped carry our bags up on arrival. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with hmong linens. Owner can help book guides for hikes and trekking to minority villages with local hmong female guides. Very reasonable prices for a quiet, clean hotel not overloaded with tour buses of tourists. Breakfast is included and cooked fresh for you each morning.

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel staffs are friendly and the owner Kieu Anh was incredibly awesome and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the mountain. Walking distance to Sun Plasa Center train station and shopping centers. Highly recommended.

I had a bog room with a balcony. Breakfast gave me two nice options. The staff was nice and helpful and went out of their way whenever i had a question or needed help. Its a ten minute walk from the center of town and the train and cable car ride to Fansipan Mountain. And walkable to Cat cat village... if you're in decent shape. Had a great time and would recommend to any traveler. Its close enough to get most anywhere but away enough for peace and quiet in the evening.

Got into sapa at 5am without a hotel. I booked this thru the hotels app and called the hotel to see if i can do an early check in. The owner was so gracious and she opened the front for us. Later in the morning she made my friend and i breakfast. Her little 5yr old daughter was also showing us to our table, so funny. You can tell that this is family owned and operated. 10/10 would highly recommend. Maded you feel like home

Kieu Ann the owner was extremely welcoming. She coordinated tickets to Fancipan and us to all our needs. Beautifully cooked breakfast with fresh fruit. Great family atmosphere. Troubleshooting our language barrier and our late shuttle…. As a Canadian traveller this was our best stay thus far in Vietnam!!!!! BTW… Close to everything and highly recommended. Also eat at Huong Rung at the foot of the street!!! It’s awesome…

Kieu Anh was the nicest person we met in Vietnam. She helped us book activities and made sure we felt very welcome and at home. She took great care of us. Upon arrival she even upgraded our room! Ms Kieu Anh is a welcoming host. On arrival, you immediately feel as though you are part of an extended family. The rooms are welcoming, neat, and tidy. The beds are super comfortable, and the pillows are amazing. As a result of being so comfortable, we missed breakfast each morning as we overslept 😴 😅. The food did smell amazing. The view from the balcony is not one to be missed. Ms. Kieu Anh has a wealth of local knowledge. She helped us arrange a bike to get around. Nothing is an issue for her, and she is more than willing to help. What I loved about this place is the feeling of being at home when you are not, a quick walk to the main area of of town and yet quiet enough of a night to enjoy a peaceful night sleep. The shower is damn good, too! I have no hesitation in recommending this comfortable accommodation and know that if I ever return to Sapa without a doubt, I will be coming back to Sapa Dragon Hotel 🌟🌟.

Clean, comfortable space very well located to center and train to Fansipan. Hotel manager, Kieu Anh was amazing. Helpful and very accommodating. Recommending hotel if you are looking for simple accommodation without anything fancy.

優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了

Absolutely lovely family-run hotel right in center of SaPa but in a quiet street with small businesses. Incredibly kind staff helped us when we got in exhausted late at night. Every morning the staff walked over to a next-door spot to pick up large and delicious bowls of beef pho for breakfast. Within a 2 minute walk from all attractions and restaurants. Really ideal location. Note: balcony great but with almost constant fog it was less important than one might think!

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel staffs are friendly and the owner Kieu Anh was incredibly awesome and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the mountain. Walking distance to Sun Plasa Center train station and shopping centers. Highly recommended.

I had a bog room with a balcony. Breakfast gave me two nice options. The staff was nice and helpful and went out of their way whenever i had a question or needed help. Its a ten minute walk from the center of town and the train and cable car ride to Fansipan Mountain. And walkable to Cat cat village... if you're in decent shape. Had a great time and would recommend to any traveler. Its close enough to get most anywhere but away enough for peace and quiet in the evening.

Got into sapa at 5am without a hotel. I booked this thru the hotels app and called the hotel to see if i can do an early check in. The owner was so gracious and she opened the front for us. Later in the morning she made my friend and i breakfast. Her little 5yr old daughter was also showing us to our table, so funny. You can tell that this is family owned and operated. 10/10 would highly recommend. Maded you feel like home

The breakfast was underwhelming. The view was of dirt instead of city as booked and paid for. The hot water in the shower lasted 3 minutes at its best. The bidet sprayer hose was comically short. The maid service was atrocious. My 7 year old makes the bed much better.

Owner was very kind. Bathroom has been nicely remodeled and room was very spacious. I had pho bo (beef noodle soup) for breakfast and it was very delicious.

We were welcomed on arrival, and the staff were super friendly, they organised tickets, even took us to local garage for repairs. Breakfast was small but good.

Kieu Ann the owner was extremely welcoming. She coordinated tickets to Fancipan and us to all our needs. Beautifully cooked breakfast with fresh fruit. Great family atmosphere. Troubleshooting our language barrier and our late shuttle…. As a Canadian traveller this was our best stay thus far in Vietnam!!!!! BTW… Close to everything and highly recommended. Also eat at Huong Rung at the foot of the street!!! It’s awesome…

The hotel owner was amazing. The soup in the morning was delicious. The only issue was the noise, you can hear everything that’s going on in the hotel. But location was good. I would stay again.

Not as advertised at all. Despite 24 hr check in, the doors were locked with a U-lock. One of our rooms had mold in it. No one in the building spoke any English. I believe there was no one else staying at the hotel. Fortunately we only stayed there one night.

Location is great, everything nearby. The only issue is there is a smell coming from the bathroom. I think most hotels have this issue because of the age of the plumbing. We went to 6 hotels and all but one had that smell.

La chambre est propre, on a aimé le balcon qui nous permet de voir les belles montagnes. Pour le Denton à le choix pour le Pho ou des œufs. Madame Kieu Anh est extrêmement gentille, souriante. Elle nous a aidé pour acheter les billets pour visiter le fansipan à un coût moins cher . Les serviettes et draps sentent propres et bons

Le personnel est au top. Le voyage s’est très bien passé, le seul petit bemol a été le bruit de la rue car les chambres sont mal insonorisées et qu’au Vietnam le klaxon est ultra présent...
