While I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned every day, this was not the main issue with my stay. The most serious problem was the repeated false fire alarms. This happened three times during my stay, twice at around 4:00 a.m. and once at around 9:00 a.m. on Shabbat. Being woken up repeatedly and having to deal with fire alarms in the middle of the night was extremely disruptive and unacceptable. I was also very disappointed with the environment around the hotel. The immediate area is very dirty, with a significant number of homeless people and visible drug use nearby. In addition, there was constant noise coming from the nearby Ethiopian restaurant, often very early in the morning or late at night. What made this more frustrating was that there did not appear to be any effort from the hotel staff to address the noise or help minimize its impact on guests. This was my fourth stay at your hotel, and each of my stays has been for an extended period of approximately two weeks. I have continued coming back because my previous experiences gave me a reason to choose your hotel again. Unfortunately, after this stay, I am seriously reconsidering that decision. Modern, freshly renovated, clean. Rich breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Good area, but quite far from the beach. Overall a great choice.
