Coastal Cottage, 4 Large Decks, Close to Beach

Great location, fun place.We did have some issues come up but were able communicate with the owners promptly which is always reassuring.

Unfortunately when we arrived the place was like an ice cube and there is a ceiling fan in the kitchen/living room area that was running and did not turn off, plus half the lights in the kitchen and half the baseboard heaters were not working. We eventually found the breaker box, there are two of them, one outside and one in a bedroom and were able to get the lights back on but not some of the baseboard heaters. We had do go out to the breaker box at least twice a day. We messaged the owners of the property and eventually got a response from the son saying that they were out of town and that he would try to get someone out to fix the issues. No one every showed up and we never heard back from the son. I sent several more messages after we checked out to the owner about the issues and some additional recurring charges to my credit card that were not authorized and never heard back from the owner/manager. The house was cute and comfortable, lots of room for our group of six women to stay. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach. Overall we had a nice relaxing weekend despite the few hiccups.

The place was cute and very clean and well equipped inside! However we were disappointed by the patio as it was very dirty / not blown off so we couldn’t even use it! So sad

It was really good and friendly neighborhood and located minutes from from the beach, we would consider renting it again.

Nicely updated property. Beds and linens were very nice. Kitchen dishes, pots, pans, etc were well stocked. Cottage was larger than we expected. Rooms were all spacious. Kids enjoyed all of the games and the game console. Decks were nice but it was a bit cool for us to use them much. Location was convenient to walk to the beach. There was a whale in the bay that we saw multiple times.
