Great location in Belgrade, right next to the walking streets and close to restaurants and cafes. Amazing service from front desk and bar staff, very friendly and helpful. The Deluxe room was clean and modern. I particularly enjoyed the water bottle filling stations on each floor, very handy. The only improvement I would suggest is to offer better quality tissues and TP, a bit on the rough side, but other than that, great experience.

Sehr schickes Hotel mit einem hohen Standard und einer sehr sicheren Tiefgarage. (War für uns ein großes Kriterium) Ansonsten ist das Hotel super zentral gelegen und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Ob man Belgrad unbedingt besuchen muss steht auf einem anderen Papier aber das Hotel war sehr schick.

Okay, the Courtyard Marriott in Belgrade is THE place to stay. It's in the heart of the city, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. But the small part that I love so much, is the water refilling stations on EVERY floor. I know it seems so minor, but I love a hotel that is considerate of their guests, instead of trying to overcharge them. They provide you with a water pitcher in your room and the water stations provide hot or cold water. They have hand sanitizing stations on every floor. The place is immaculate and the bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is quiet, even though it is in the HEART of the city. It's so convenient because you can walk to so many incredible tourist attractions, restaurants, museums, theaters, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. I've stayed here twice in the past 8 months and I'll stay here every time I visit the city.

The location was excellent. It was directly across from Republic Square where all the shops and restaurants are. They had a car spot by the entrance for unloading the car. The garage was a nice size and very clean with cameras. The room was also very comfortable and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful.

The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The restaurant had good food. The staff was particularly friendly specially Katharina (whom also gave me a lot of touristic recommendations) and also Stefan was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Best location: right in front of the National museum, and you can walk anywhere from there. Well maintained hotel with nice modern deco. Friendly staff. Only two points that could be better: carpet in the room and AC control that is not as straightforward as it should be.

The room was in great shape, the property seemed new and perfectly maintained. Bathrooms included a complete set of toiletries. Breakfast had a very good selection of standard fare plus local savory pastries. Location is within a block of a long row of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and ATMs. Fitness center is in the basement, a little claustrophobic.

Had a wonderful experience!! The staff were so helpful and friendly!! Breakfast was great and the rooms are clean with a comfy bed. The only complaint we had was the rooms are a little hot and AC does not get as cold as we are use to, other than that this property is amazing!!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and before we arrived at the hotel, I had mentioned in a note that I was planning a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. When we entered the room, a birthday cake with candles was waiting for us. It was so sweet. From the moment we arrived, the staff was always smiling and helpful. The room was small and faced the wall of the building across from us, which gave it a bit of a claustrophobic feel. Other than that, the location was great, within walking distance of the city center, and the staff’s attention and breakfast were amazing. I would definitely recommend it!

The air conditioning was not turned on. The desk said it was in between seasons. I was told to open a window. It was very noisy with all of the traffic. I won’t stay there again.

Lovely Hotel, staff excellent. Shower 🚿 creates a lot of water that ends up on the floor of the bathroom and the bed is very soft, which isn't for everyone, but overall a great hotel.

Great stay. Location was perfect. Close proximity to all restaurants. Front desk got us a private guide to do a city tour for 8 hours. Exceptional service and great food

Okay, the Courtyard Marriott in Belgrade is THE place to stay. It's in the heart of the city, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. But the small part that I love so much, is the water refilling stations on EVERY floor. I know it seems so minor, but I love a hotel that is considerate of their guests, instead of trying to overcharge them. They provide you with a water pitcher in your room and the water stations provide hot or cold water. They have hand sanitizing stations on every floor. The place is immaculate and the bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is quiet, even though it is in the HEART of the city. It's so convenient because you can walk to so many incredible tourist attractions, restaurants, museums, theaters, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. I've stayed here twice in the past 8 months and I'll stay here every time I visit the city.

Great location in Belgrade, right next to the walking streets and close to restaurants and cafes. Amazing service from front desk and bar staff, very friendly and helpful. The Deluxe room was clean and modern. I particularly enjoyed the water bottle filling stations on each floor, very handy. The only improvement I would suggest is to offer better quality tissues and TP, a bit on the rough side, but other than that, great experience.

The location was excellent. It was directly across from Republic Square where all the shops and restaurants are. They had a car spot by the entrance for unloading the car. The garage was a nice size and very clean with cameras. The room was also very comfortable and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful.

The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The restaurant had good food. The staff was particularly friendly specially Katharina (whom also gave me a lot of touristic recommendations) and also Stefan was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience!! The staff were so helpful and friendly!! Breakfast was great and the rooms are clean with a comfy bed. The only complaint we had was the rooms are a little hot and AC does not get as cold as we are use to, other than that this property is amazing!!!!!

The room was in great shape, the property seemed new and perfectly maintained. Bathrooms included a complete set of toiletries. Breakfast had a very good selection of standard fare plus local savory pastries. Location is within a block of a long row of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and ATMs. Fitness center is in the basement, a little claustrophobic.

I stayed at this hotel in Belgrade and, overall, both the hotel and the staff were excellent and the experience during my stay was very good. However, the post-stay handling of the room deposit was very disappointing and is the only aspect of my experience I would like to highlight. A €639 security deposit was placed on my card at check-in, which was expected to be released after check-out, as the stay was fully paid using a different card. However, the refund process was neither clear nor properly communicated, and I had to spend several weeks trying to obtain accurate information. What was most frustrating was the lack of clear explanation and cooperation regarding the status of the deposit. Despite my requests, I did not receive sufficient information or documentation, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. I have never encountered such a confusing handling of a deposit in any other hotel. Ultimately, I had to resolve the issue through my bank without receiving adequate support from the hotel in terms of clarification or documentation. This review does not reflect the quality of the hotel or its staff, which were very good, but rather the poor management and communication regarding the security deposit process, which significantly affected the overall experience.
