The pros are that it was fairly clean, nice decor, breakfast was very good and my favourite part was how quiet the rooms were. Cons, I had A bad experience. The man who checked me in was very rude, no smile and was being really condescending when I was asking questions. Secondly, my room smelled like there was.a leak, you know like wet socks. The staff changed my room but same issue in the next room. Lastly the “room service” is subpar, and actually is not even delivered to your room. You need to go to the lobby to pick it up which defeats the purpose of calling it room service. The smell was pretty bothersome so I ended up switching hotels.

El hotel es cómodo, accesible, justo y necesario para ducharse y dormir, sin embargo las habitaciones tienen unos aires que hacen ruido. Cambié de habitación y ambas hacían ruido. No permite el descanso, por suerte tengo siempre tapones de oidos en la maleta y con ellos pudé dormir, pero el resto del rato en la habitación tuvé que tener la música siempre puesta para no oir el ruido de la ventilación del aire. Aparte de eso, es una pena que después de las 8pm cierren la cocina y uno obligatoriamente tenga que salir a cenar fuera del hotel, no ofrecen ni siquiera ayuda para pedir una pizza, un doner, o lo que sea para comerlo en el hotel sin tener que salir. Es una pena, porque el personal es muy atento, las camas son bien cómodas y todo estaba muy limpio.

Excellent property with affordable rates. It’s clean, quiet and very safe. Walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. It’s also very convenient location to Istanbul airport shuttle bus stop (one block from the hotel). Will certainly come back.

Best hotel experience ever. They are the most amazing people and hotel in the city. Made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during my surgery healing process. There was also room cleaning service everyday which was very nice while recovering in a room. Love them!

Otel meydana çok yakın bir muhitteydi. Sessiz, sakin ve konforluydu. Odada kettle ve sıcak içecek ikramı mevcuttu. Ayrıca dolapta ütü ve ütü masası bulunuyordu. Yatak özellikle fazlasıyla rahattı. Konaklamamdan keyif aldım ve genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi gibi bazı ufak tefek ekipmanın yenilenme zamanı geldiğini ve otele ilk girişteki temizliğin daha iyi olabileceğini düşünüyorum. Hallo, wir sind für eine Woche aus Deutschland in Istanbul gewesen und haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Wahnsinn. Für jeden was dabei. Würde das Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen und genießt Istanbul in vollen Zügen :))
