We recently had the pleasure of staying at The River Arts Club a very warm welcoming place ideally situated for a host of very good eateries and attractions, we visited Windsor Castle stayed here and ate at the hinds Head Inn all within easy reach of each other, the staff here were extremely hospitable nothing was too much trouble and they treated us as guests not numbers, so refreshing. Looking forward to staying again especially in the summer as there is a very serene garden with great views over the river Thames. Weldone River Arts Club keep going.

Beautiful old house on lovely grounds. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms are unique but in need of some TLC. Wifi wasn't working and it was hot as no air conditioning. Lovely location on the river!

This property is a beautiful arty large Victorian property with lovely paintings and quirky character but it’s sadly in need of updating facilities like painting outside and plugs in rooms mine had only one plug in my room that was accessible by moving the side table and no where near a mirror for blow drying my hair, needs an uplift in facilities. However the river view was lovely just needs tarting up which I would imajine would cost a fortune. Owners were lovely, helpful, and the building historic but badly needs some new leather furniture and outside painting. Garden lovely and relaxed atmosphere that I loved ! Had a beautiful glass of wine there,

The hotel was very charming and our room was lovely. However, our shower did not drain properly therefore we had to keep shutting it off and tapping the drain itself with our foot to get it to drain. The plumbing by the toilet was leaking water also. I had a massage and it was in an unoccupied room which they did not have the heat on. It was freezing! Definitely ruined my experience. The communication between with the staff was pretty good except they never communicated how we need to pay the masseuse (credit card or cash) and we never knew the amount of the massage until we were actually getting our massage. Considering the cost of the room I was not thrilled with our experience.

Guest house is easily reached by car from LHR, located across from Maidenhead Rowing Club in iconic Thames valley setting. Bed and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were delightful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Kind of shabby chic. Room was fine but shower room had a lot of mould in shower cubical and on the ceiling. Some Cillit Bang Mould Remover would keep it clean.

Fabulously relaxed and beautifully presented place to stay. Excellent breakfast and fantastic location. Highly recommend if you want somewhere to stay in the area or are travelling and want somewhere with a traditional English feel but wonderfully eclectic decor. Super friendly and would definitely stay again. Property is well maintained for an older building and wi-fi worked well.

This is a beautiful building with a colorful history that has lovingly been converted into a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious. I had a river view. I met Helle who was delightful, and very accommodating when I had to make an early departure, ensuring I was fueled up for the day. Great dining options within an easy walk. Wonderful find!

Lovely room overlooking the river. Refurb in progress and one or two minor niggles with the room (which did not spoil things). Young staff very attentive and friendly. Lovely and substantial continental breakfast. Greatly improved since our previous stay before present owner took over. Overall very pleasant overnight stay and will certainly visit again. Convenient for Bray restaurants!

Beautiful building, lovely entrance, great breakfast choice presented really well. The bed was comfy too. We booked a small double, which was indeed small, only one bedside table, no TV (we dont often watch a lot of TV, but it’s still nice to have access to one on a wet July evening). The fan on the bedside table was dangerous, it did not have a cage covering the fins.

Very friendly welcome from Ian, showed me round the whole place and explained where everything was,( including the honesty bar !) They allow you use of the eating area if you want to have something delivered, and also there is cutlery in the rooms. Really comfortable bed, great location ( on the river bank ) and one would assume in the summer it’s a gorgeous spot to relax in

Wonderful property and place to stay!! Right along the river. Our room had a balcony that you could sit on and watch/listen to the birds. The people who work there were so kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to stay in London but looking for a more country side stay. Maidenhead was terrific and the food fantastic. Would stay again!!

The refurbishment by the new owners is complete and has been very well done. We have stayed both before (comfy, convenient but run down) and after, this is our second time with the new owners. Now very comfortable and a pleasure to stay. Excellent location for Bray eateries and lovely spot on the river. Garden down to the river is particularly nice on a good day with nice outdoor seating. Perfect all round and well done the young staff.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The River Arts Club a very warm welcoming place ideally situated for a host of very good eateries and attractions, we visited Windsor Castle stayed here and ate at the hinds Head Inn all within easy reach of each other, the staff here were extremely hospitable nothing was too much trouble and they treated us as guests not numbers, so refreshing. Looking forward to staying again especially in the summer as there is a very serene garden with great views over the river Thames. Weldone River Arts Club keep going.

Guest house is easily reached by car from LHR, located across from Maidenhead Rowing Club in iconic Thames valley setting. Bed and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were delightful.

I decided to ride my bike from southwest london to near windsor and beyond and wanted a nice place to stay before i headed back This is a gem of a place and if you want to get out of the smoke it's also right next to the elizabeth line station and is really stylish and done out like a classier Soho house Nice and low key nonetheless but great to be in a place with some style The owner told me renovating the property had been a labour of love and it showed. Highly reccomended

Wonderful property and place to stay!! Right along the river. Our room had a balcony that you could sit on and watch/listen to the birds. The people who work there were so kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to stay in London but looking for a more country side stay. Maidenhead was terrific and the food fantastic. Would stay again!!

A quiet oasis by the Thames with relaxing environment to chill in. Close to good communication routes, but quiet and relaxing. To TVs to distract. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurants nearby.

Lovely room overlooking the river. Refurb in progress and one or two minor niggles with the room (which did not spoil things). Young staff very attentive and friendly. Lovely and substantial continental breakfast. Greatly improved since our previous stay before present owner took over. Overall very pleasant overnight stay and will certainly visit again. Convenient for Bray restaurants!

The refurbishment by the new owners is complete and has been very well done. We have stayed both before (comfy, convenient but run down) and after, this is our second time with the new owners. Now very comfortable and a pleasure to stay. Excellent location for Bray eateries and lovely spot on the river. Garden down to the river is particularly nice on a good day with nice outdoor seating. Perfect all round and well done the young staff.

Fabulously relaxed and beautifully presented place to stay. Excellent breakfast and fantastic location. Highly recommend if you want somewhere to stay in the area or are travelling and want somewhere with a traditional English feel but wonderfully eclectic decor. Super friendly and would definitely stay again. Property is well maintained for an older building and wi-fi worked well.

Beautiful building, lovely entrance, great breakfast choice presented really well. The bed was comfy too. We booked a small double, which was indeed small, only one bedside table, no TV (we dont often watch a lot of TV, but it’s still nice to have access to one on a wet July evening). The fan on the bedside table was dangerous, it did not have a cage covering the fins.

We loved our stay here. The interior is magnificent, the room was very cosy, breakfast was tasty and healthy. At the end we were sad that we already had to leave.

This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.
