Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett ist riesig - die Decke kuschelig. Dusche und Bad waren sauber und Wasser druck war klasse. Frühstück was sehr gut und der kaffe schön stark. Das Personal Mega hilfsbereit und empfehle es gerbe

Staff were nice but understaffed & rushing everywhere. Toilet tank ran constantly & flooded bathroom. Reported to front desk asking to repair & clean room. They didn’t clean, did send maint next day while we were out. Their fix was to turn off water to the toilet, leaving us with no functioning toilet for a full day. Reported, nothing was done about it. Complained via online rep on checkout morning, was never contacted by anyone to even bother apologizing for the inconvenience. Breakfast was fine. Not worth the £10.95. Room was comfortable & air con worked well. Convenient location. No parking. Staff recommended an unsupervised paid lot a block down which worked but wasn’t ideal.

Great location for Legoland, city centre and motorway. Room was cleanand comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall good value, but internet is a tad slow and there is no free hotel parking as wrongly shown on Expedia. There is a council car park, free from 9pm to 9am, easy to find space, but need to be careful with timings
