This was my first travelling to Thailand and I had the worse experience in this property as the staff were unresponsive the Jacuzzi water was not warm at all and every night I’ll have a issue with it the water kept going down I did not even get a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi no water then we had to change our room due to this issue and the water kept going down again and it’s a quite big jacuzzi it wouldn’t fill up as quick the shower corners were rotten overall worse experience there unhappy

Room was great, service was fantastic. Only downside was the wait time for shuttle during rushhour

L’Hotel est vétuste et n’est pas au niveau. Nous avions pris une chambre avec jacuzzi et celui ci ne fonctionnait pas. La porte de la douche était cassée. Le petit déjeuner était très quelconque. Quant à la piscine, impossible d’y rester car le niveau sonore de la musique était insupportable. Très déçus

Overall the experience was pretty good although I spent a lot on Grabs and walked 20000 steps a day getting to this place. The room shuttles are good and needed unless you feel like climbing a million stairs to your room. Once in the room it's nice but a little weathered. The front desk is busy and not the most welcoming environment, it's pretty hectic. The breakfast is average, give it a miss. We had a strange encounter with housekeeping. They came in room and said we broke a glass. Took our photo and said $100 baht. More charming places to stay than here.
