Grand Vista Hotel Chiangrai

Very welcoming staff and the room was a very pleasant surprise. Big and a very big and comfortable bed! 210 cm wide. Didn’t like the frame around the bed as it stuck out like 15-20 cm because very easy to hit it with a leg during the night if go to toilet. Also remote to AC would’ve been nice because the AC was way to loud during the next and if we turned it of it got so hot. Pool was nice. And gym was good too.

Really good location right next to the mall and really close to the night market, plus there is a free shuttle/Tuktuk to the market. Not to far to travel to the temples. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was really big and comfy only down thing would be shower area could have been a little bit cleaner but honestly not world ending. Would recommend.

Was there for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and service was courteous, but had some language issues—asked for help with the lights and we and the porter couldn’t figure it out. He left then never came back, but we eventually found it. My bag was marked incorrectly and sent to the wrong room, called the desk, put on hold, then had to walk down to ask for help and was given help to someone who understood English and finally found it. For the mishaps, I took out one star, but otherwise great hotel!
