Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo West by IHG

Very nice place to stay! Well maintained & clean. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Easy parking with many doors to use. Nice outdoor patio to use 24/7. Pool. Morning breakfast. Would stay again.

Lots of noise. Very loud during the night

When we got to the hotel, they didn’t have the room I paid extra for, when I entered the room the gave me the beds were messy, someone used the bathroom in it, it wasn’t the room I paid for or needed, the hallway had trash stacked up next to the elevator, when I returned to the front desk to discuss my concerns and issues, they told me they didn’t have the room I booked on like, and they would try to find me something similar, it was false advertisement, I had to call hotels.com and sit on the phone with them for 1 1/2hrs to try and get my money back! They only gave back $57 and called it a night! The worse stay I had in all my travels.

The free appetizer for Bubba’s 33 was a nice surprise. The room was clean and the shower was very nice, while we always love the fresh coffee that’s available as well! The hot breakfast is nice to have available if hungry. It was a nice location for our visit.
