Staff were all friendly and helpful. But all in all, this is a 3 star hotel charging 4 star prices. The room was tiny and did not feel clean. Hallway carpets are all worn. Food at the little counter service area was mediocre at best. Really poor value for what they charge.

No grab bars in shower; no shelf for my own things in shower; tiny towel bar - how can my towel dry?; we had to request to have our room made up because it is off season; the chair was hard to get seated in (very low) and hard to get out of - sort of a beach chair in a hotel room; no proper betside table. We were over the entrance, and the windows were closed but conversations (regular conversations) were audible. Not good late at night. And the part about needing to ask to have our room made up was announced in a little folded card in the room. We could easily have missed it.

Awesome stay. Very pet friendly. Perfect weekend!!

Wonderful experience staying here this past week. My only critique would be that the sheets and bedding weren't comfortable so I ended up buying some and bringing my own in. Other than that highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating, the location was amazing and the hotel itself was pristine!

Great location, staff nice and helpful, clean room and cool property! The mandated 20% gratuity on everything is obnoxious! They make you pay gratuity up front on counter service to go items like coffee. Like, just pay your staff more and do normal tipping. Why would I prepay a tip for service or a product not yet received?
