The coffee maker did not work. Outside vending machines did not work. The lobby was less than desirable. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it definitely was smoked in. Unfortunately, I had a barking dog next-door as well. A hole was punched in the bathroom door. However, on the plus side, everything was clean and tidy. And the price is certainly fine.

This will never happen again. The room did not look clean and smelled like cat urine. Outside of my door looked like someone’s trash pile. Lesson learned - $40+ you get what you pay for!

We had to come on a medical emergency and I could find a dog sitter and this was the cheapest option out of anything I could find the lady was rude at check in. Our room had torn carpet and already had trash in the trash can. The toilet wasn't flushed and the TV picture wasn't very visible. Just really sucked and couldn't sleep or enjoy some quiet time because next door in 107 a dig constantly barked... Also the dog area was very dirty and I had stepped in other poop. I literally had to go to the park by the hospital to take my dogs potty. Very disgusted and disappointed wish I could get a refund because it was horrible I will never stay here again. Thanks

Staff was nice. This inn was very dirty and the rooms were extremely run down. There was hair on the counter and in the bath and the shower did not drain well. There were crumbs under the sheets, what looked like yogurt stains on the floor, the room smelled of wet dog and the stairwell smelled strongly of cigarette. The rooms were extremely outdated.

The end was way more rundown than I thought it was, but the beds were surprisingly super comfortable and super clean! The staff was ready to go to check us in even though we had a late check-in and they clean the room basically as soon as we were out of it. They did take a little while to get to the dust sometimes because they may not have been in that exact area, but they got there as quick as they could. The area didn’t look the best, but it did seem safe at the same time. The tub had a real bad dirt ring around it, though, which made a few people in the party feel uncomfortable about showering there.

HORRIBLE STAY!!!! 10/10 would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Rude and snotty staff. Disgusting rooms they have “strict” rules for not smoking yet the rooms smell like a freaking ashtray! Dirty bathroom and microwave. This was truly the absolutely worst stay of my life!!!

Honestly, I can’t be too disappointed for a $45 motel. It’s an older place with some issues. The AC unit would not cool and the shower would not maintain a consistent temperature. You either got scalded or froze. I only had a one night stay so it is what it is.

The area was less than stellar, and a lot of people live in the motel, but it was quiet and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping. All in all, for a one night stay, it was satisfactory and I would stay here again.

It was good price for room on a short notice. It was definitely the oldest property I've been too. The inside wiring could have for power cords could have been routed better, I was timid about pluging anything in. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Overall, I would stay again.

It wasn't what the pictures showed in the ad and it was too late to cancel by the time we got there. The shower didn't work(the bath tub did), the only thing i can say good is there wasn't any bugs. It was a room with a/c, a soft bed, t.v. and a bathroom.

The room was very outdated, no heat, shower was barely a trickle and smelled bad, mold and mildew on walls. There was no way to secure the room. Vents very loud and banging. Took puctures and videos to send to the city of Casper.

A lot of issues checking in. I'm guessing 3 hours from when we first got they until we had our room. Had to use chat for assistance repeatedly. Only time we had this with expedia.

The property is old and doesnt look like much when you drive up but my room was very clean and cozy and the woman who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall experience was amazing for the cost. Half the rate as some of the chains with 1000% more customer service!!! All staff was super friendly, informative and just wonderful! While it is a motel without the revenue as most of the fancy competitors, I would stay here over any of those places just because of the staff!!!

Awful - unsafe, dirty - many windows at property were broken- ours had what looked like a gun shot in it and our door was damaged- appeared to be smashed by attempted break in. Sketchy people hanging around and not good area - felt very unsafe. Thought our car would get broken in if we left it there. We ended up not staying and loosing our money to book another hotel as we couldn’t bring ourselves to sit on bed let alone sleep on it.

Incarcerated individuals live in better conditions. I did not stay the night. It was in an unsafe area of town. This place should be condemned. It was filthy, scary, and no one in their right mind would stay here. Expedia should immediately remove this posting. It is bad advice to even have this as an option.

Even though I could not cancel, i couldn't stay there. It was a horrible, unsafe neighborhood, dirty. It scared me into leaving &paying for a night elsewhere. Residents were sitting on the walkways upstairs. The staff at second hotel said they would not even consider sending anyone's there. So glad to be out

Do not stay here. They provided no soap, shampoo or ice. There was no water pressure at all beyond a trickle so it wouldn't have been possible to take a shower anyway. Internet failed when I was trying to join a zoom for my business. There are signs all over threatening guests with things like "if you use more than three creamers, you will be forbidden to use the coffee machine again," which was a joke because the coffee machine (I mean in the "office," because they offered no coffee in the room) needed water and none was available. The sheets and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The only thing they had going for them at all (other than a very nice and friendly woman a the reception - which was a fold back screen leading to a closet) was the apparently low price in the context of other motels in Casper... I say "apparently" because since they provided no amenities at all (imagine a motel where you can't get soap or ice included), the price was actually outrageous. It's in an area of town with homeless and questionable security. They make guests sign an agreement that they won't disobey rules or they will get "fined $100" (several times for different "offenses). It was loud, with dogs barking, people yelling, trucks running. As I said, don't stay here.

There are signs all over threatening guests with things like "if you use more than three creamers, you will be forbidden to use the coffee machine again," which was a joke because the coffee machine (I mean in the "office," because they offered no coffee in the room) needed water and none was available. The sheets and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The only thing they had going for them at all (other than a very nice and friendly woman a the reception - which was a fold back screen leading to a closet) was the apparently low price in the context of other motels in Casper... I say "apparently" because since they provided no amenities at all (imagine a motel where you can't get soap or ice included), the price was actually outrageous. It's in an area of town with homeless and questionable security. They make guests sign an agreement that they won't disobey rules or they will get "fined $100" (several times for different "offenses). It was loud, with dogs barking, people yelling, trucks running. As I said, don't stay here.
