The room included so many small but meaningful touches: a face mask, bath salts for the tub, an umbrella, a refrigerator, and automatic curtains with both sheer and blackout options. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay feel special. The staff deserves a shout‑out as well. When my iron didn’t work, someone brought a new one up right away. Every interaction I had with the team, from housekeeping to front desk, was consistently helpful and kind. I also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, 69 Prime Italian Steakhouse, and it was incredible. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff there matched the hotel’s overall warmth and professionalism. The hotel sits in a prime spot, surrounded by cafés perfect for coffee or breakfast, along with bars, restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance.
