Lieu très agréable et très bien situé. Idéal pour 3 si famille avec adolescents, pas pour 4 au niveau de la literie. Personnel très sympathique et excellent petit déjeuner.

Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed. The hotel room is very hot even in late August and has no windows. The hotel doesn’t have any A/C or fans to borrow, as they claim to be conscious in providing “natural comfort”. This is a non-smoking hotel where guests can smoke in the balcony and anywhere but their room. So if you have neighbors who smoke, your room will be overheated or filled with smoke. We requested a different room, but the staff refused. We asked to cancel our second night and the staff said yes, but wouldn’t give us a refund. The bathroom door couldn’t close completely. There was no vanity sets or lotion in the room. We were stuck there for two nights. Food was a hit or miss. Some dishes were alright but many tasted bland. The female waitresses were the only staff who provided exceptional services. The overall experience is not worth $700+/night in our experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything from check in ease, room, fantastic views and location were wonderful. And the meals were a treat.

The view from out room was jaw dropping. The room itself was a large and comfortable. The food was ok, unfortunately the night we ate there the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But no big deal. Restaurants close a little on the early side in town, but we also visited in summer and not during peak ski season. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. It was a really good location to get to alpi di suisi lift as well as kastelruth and ortesi
