Very nice appartment. A little to long walking distance to the lifts. Super ski room, super wellness area, good parking conditions. Overall a very nice experience. Very nice staff in reseption. No cleaning in 4 days... Because it was an appartment ?

Stayed here for a hiking trip to the Western Dolomites. Extremely convenient location - we were able to walk to the chairlifts for the hikes we wanted to do and they also give you a free bus pass for a city bus that goes to all of these locations as well. In the heart of town - very walkable to a supermarket and to multiple bars/restaurants. We stayed in the apartments. Furnishings were a little outdated but everything was very clean and functional. There is a pool that you can access for free, just have to make a reservation at the front desk. Parking available in a garage for a daily fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. The breakfast is much better than most paid options in other hotels. It was truly marvelous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cozy pool is perfect for families with children. When we departed, we even received a cup as a souvenir along with a promo code for our next visit. I highly recommend this place!

Soggiorno "di classe". Hotel rinnovato da poco, 4stelle "piene" piscina non molto grande ma ben curata e con varie funzioni ( da prenotare in anticipo). C'è anche la spa. Ottimo ristorante con ottima cena incluso se scegliete la mezza pensione. Occhio che il buffet di antipasti finisce alla svelta e potrebbe non essere ripristinato. Bar carino con piccola lounge interna a cielo aperto. Parcheggio a pagamento giornaliero a 5euro. Ottima colazione buffet. Stanze molto pulite con vista montagna. Ottima location. Biglietti bus gratuiti forniti al check-in. Lati negativi? Forse area giochi bimbi poco attrezzata, no attività per i più piccoli.

Very bad experience at check-in. When we arrived, they tried to charge us an extra room for our 10-month-old baby. A problem that was resolved when I asked to speak to a manager. They also wanted to charge extra for everything. We asked for a sheet change after an incident and had to pay extra. You already pay a premium price due to the location, but it was as if they thought they were giving you a "deal" and wanted to make extra money with every small regular service that is included in every hotel in the world. The hotel doesn't look bad at first glance, but it has small rooms, complicated layout, and not clean under the beds. I would definitely look for better options as there are many in the area.

Wir hatten ein Superior Appartement für 4 Personen. Besonders toll war der riesige Balkon, der sich entlang der Wohnung über drei Himmelsrichtungen erstreckte und auf dem man immer ein sonniges Plätzchen fand, um im Liegestuhl zu chillen. Der Spar Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, das war auch sehr nützlich, die Küche ist sicher eher spartanisch eingerichtet, eher für kleine Dinge geeignet und nicht für richtiges Geköche. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die ganze Wohnung lässt sich super abdunkeln, für alle, die es gerne Dunkel haben während der Nacht. Alles war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Pool dürfte noch zwei drei Grad wärmer sein und wirkt sicher etwas kleiner als er auf den Bildern scheint.

The Residence Antares was perfect for our family vacation! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us a chance to spread out with 2 additional beds in the living area. We also enjoyed the views from the balcony. The covered parking garage was convenient. I highly recommend this place.

You should check very carefully what kind of room you're reserving. My friends and I booked 2 apartments, and as it turned out when we arrived - the apartments are a separate part of the hotel. It's a different building and you don't get the hotel perks - daily house cleaning, amenities, etc. Expedia said nothing about it (in fact, daily housecleaning was mentioned as one of the room perks!). On top of that, our reservation included 2 identical rooms, and yet our rooms weren't close. In face, we were separated into 2 different buildings. The rooms themselves were completely different, with no uniform standard. For example - my room had 2 bathrooms and my friends' room had only one. I had a balcony and they didn't. and so on... Again, we reserved the same room type! So you can't know what you're about to get. Regarding the hotel facilities - Entrance to the pool should be reserved in advance. The hotel restaurant is very expensive and has a small selection. All in all - I do not recommend.

Breve soggiorno da ripetere. Spazi comuni ampi e ben disposti, sebbene alcune parti meriterebbero un'aggiornamento, il tutto è in ottimo stato di manutenzione. Beware! We clock over 50 room nights a year in hotels and I’m a Bonvoy Platinum member. Never have I ever been accused by a hotel for stealing their plates and cookware from the room. We are responsible tourists. Moreover I’m investing into a prime hospitality venture myself and can fully understand the side of management. The hotel was cold and unwelcoming on the onset. I informed them we had not removed any hotel property; and they still levied a charge on my card. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The Residence Antares was perfect for our family vacation! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us a chance to spread out with 2 additional beds in the living area. We also enjoyed the views from the balcony. The covered parking garage was convenient. The hotel's facility is great. The location is great: the bus stop is only 200m away, supermarket is just behind the hotel, etc. The problem is hospitality. We found one of the receptionists wasn't friendly at all and sounds arrogant when answering our inquiries. Because we aren't European, this kind of behavior may be thought of being racist; so, please be careful.

Nice and good location. Main improvement would be to give better pro active information, e.g. no cleaning or new towels in the room (found out after a couple of days). Free bus pass included (found out when we asked about bus schedules after several days), and worst example when we had dinner in the hotel and all of us ordered fish. Got a tiny little seabass, and the information afterwards that many choose the nice seafood buffet today.. Really? Would have been nice information before ordering that you have a delicious seafood buffet exactly this day of the week!! Hopefully this will improve. Despite this, we would still overall recommend the place.

The hotel itself was nice enough although it seemed like it was trying to be of a higher caliber than it actually is. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the staff at this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff were not friendly and laughing with each other after questions were asked. This happened at check out as well. Additionally, when trying to clarify the confusing layout of the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk responded sarcastically and was unhelpful. It was disappointing as I had high hopes for this stay but I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel either.

Hotel is in a great location in the centre of the town. The room was super for a family and the balcony was great and had a beautiful view. Half board was great for family although the breakfast could be improved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Struttura bella, peccato la piscina utilizzabile solo su prenotazione, ed ovviamente siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla solo 1 ora su tutto il soggiorno. Ottimo cibo, peccato il servizio lento e spesso non attento, forse si dovrebbe riorganizzare la gestione, abbiamo scoperto solo il 3° giorno dell'esistenza di un menù per i bambini! Nel complesso buono il rapporto qualità prezzo, al check out ci hanno lasciato un pensiero e un buono sconto.
