Wunderschön renoviertes Poolhaus im Ortsteil Captiva

The home itself was wonderful. However, we had issues with a neighboring property septic alarm going off multiple times starting the 1st night, for long periods of time (including overnight) throughout the week, which negatively impacted our outdoor and overall enjoyment.We contacted Dream Vacation Customer Service on multiple occasions via text and email (including videos of the alarm going off), however we were told nothing could be done as this issue was beyond their purview (they did not represent the property in question), they later added they were unable identify the property and/or owner in question.At one point we requested relocation or reimbursement, however we did not receive any response to this request.We are still confused why Dream Vacation Customer Service did not have a local representative who could work with us to resolve the situation.Unfortunately, this unresolved issue significantly impacted our vacation and subsequent rating.Thank you

This home worked out well for our extended family of 10 people. Ages 10 to 75. The elevator helped the older ones in our group. Well equipped, close to the Gulf and restaurants, and we enjoyed the pool. We'd rent this home again.

We had a wonderful family vacation on Captiva Island. The house was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The screened‑in pool area was a huge plus, and the game room made downtime fun for everyone. My teens especially loved the pool table. The home was comfortable, convenient, and made our stay truly relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

The kitchen was equipped nicely, I would recommend replacing the cookware and cutting boards they are extremely scratched and can cause illness.

The location and the game room were the best features of this house. It could use a refresh (dated?) and updates (broken towel holder, toilet seat, flusher). The floors were also rather dirty, with debris under the couches and everyone having dirty feet after freshly washing and walking through the house on our first day. The location is PERFECT. The game room was EXCELLENT. The pool and hot tub cold and cool. The text service was quick, the repair folks a mix. Mostly small things and we had a GREAT time!
