My partner and I stayed at this hotel in January. It was a very nice hotel for the price. It is close to the Galata Tower where there was lots of fun shops and places to eat. It is also in close proximity to the trains. The staff were very nice and always willing to help when we had questions. We had breakfast on the rooftop restaurant every morning and often finished our days up there enjoying some of the amazing cocktails made by the bartender, Huso. We talked to Huso on our first night in and he provided us with many recommendations for things to do during our visit. We really have him to thank for making the trip as amazing as it was. We are planning to come back to Istanbul and stay at this hotel again!

all the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The rooftop bar/restaurant is good and the views are amazing. But the facilities in the room were not up to standard. The TV never worked and the showerhead didn't work. The hotel is in a funny area. The immediate streets around it are very dark and there can be a lot of garbage, but two streets up the hill is a street full of cafes and restaurants and Galata tower. All in all - you almost get what you pay for. My advice is go have dinner or drinks at the bar, and stay somewhere else.

We came in on a late flight from Cappadochia and the staff were just amazing - helped us book our transfer from the airport last minute and more than accommodated our late check-in. The bed and linens were super comfy and just what we needed to get some rest after a late check-in! We would have liked to stay longer but the hotel was sold out. Really nice rooftop restaurant and view of the city as well. Salim, one of the front office staff was amazing helping us book our dinner cruise on the Bosphorous and providing us some great tips on things to do and see in the city!

They told us that we were upgraded but we ended with the same room we booked but with a view on the dark courtyard. Heat pump very noisy. Moisture in the shower and very poor flow.

Tam bir rezalet. Şehir dışından gecenin bir vakti yorgun bir şekilde otele geldik. Özellikle balkonlu superior oda seçmiştik. Aşağıda bize hiçbir bilgi verilmeden odaya çıktık fakat seçtiğimiz oda değildi. Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda başka birine verilmiş. Daha geniş bir odaya sizi aldık diyerek balkonsuz, kötü kokan, daha dar bir oda verdiler bize. Biz bu duruma itiraz ettiğimizde ise sizin odanız dolmuş, daha geniş bir odaya alalım diyip başka odaya alındık, resepsiyondaki kişiye nasıl böyle bir şey olabiliyor bir hafta önceden yer ayırtıyoruz nasıl doluyor bizim odamız dediğimde size daha pahalı ve büyüğünü verdik gibi saçma bir şekilde dönüş aldık. Balkonlu odası boş olduğu için bu oteli seçmiştik fakat tam bir hayal kırıklığı.

Staff was wonderful, very friendly but the property needs some TLC and it is not soundproof at all. We had a room on level 1 near reception and we could hear everything when guests arrived, talking etc. there was also noise coming from the room above but this is because there are no carpets on the floor. Shower head needed repair and the over head shower did not work. There was also issues with cleanliness of the rooms - they were not cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was ok but we felt it had very little to offer and a few days we didn’t bother to attend. Location was ok.

Tam bir rezalet. Şehir dışından gecenin bir vakti yorgun bir şekilde otele geldik. Özellikle balkonlu superior oda seçmiştik. Aşağıda bize hiçbir bilgi verilmeden odaya çıktık fakat seçtiğimiz oda değildi. Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda başka birine verilmiş. Daha geniş bir odaya sizi aldık diyerek balkonsuz, kötü kokan, daha dar bir oda verdiler bize. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Walton Hotel during our visit in Istanbul and I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. Mostly because of the service in the hotel. Especially Salim and Murat were always there for us in person and by whatsapp. We did not plan very much before our trip, but every morning we walked down to the reception to get ideas, talk and laugh. If we had any questions or needed recommendation, if it came to restaurants/sight seeing/ Hamams etc, they always helped us in any way. Everybody welcomed us so heartly and as friends that we always felt special and warm. At the end of each day we came back and were everytime super excited to tell about our experience :) I highly recommend the hotel to all my friends and we will definitely visit again in the summertime. Also i highly recommend the little coffee store next to the hotel, the owners were super sweet and heartily to us. All in all we had a great time and we will never forget our first stay in Istanbul, special thanks to my Abis Salim and Murat :-*

My partner and I stayed at this hotel in January. It was a very nice hotel for the price. It is close to the Galata Tower where there was lots of fun shops and places to eat. It is also in close proximity to the trains. The staff were very nice and always willing to help when we had questions. We had breakfast on the rooftop restaurant every morning and often finished our days up there enjoying some of the amazing cocktails made by the bartender, Huso. We talked to Huso on our first night in and he provided us with many recommendations for things to do during our visit. We really have him to thank for making the trip as amazing as it was. We are planning to come back to Istanbul and stay at this hotel again!

Personal & Service ausgezeichnet. Frühstück ist gut aber meiner Meinung nach etwas zu klassisch. Die Lage ist ebenso gut (ca. 2 Minuten zur Galata-Turm und 5 Minuten zur Zugverbindung). Im großen und ganzen gerne wieder!

Staff was wonderful, very friendly but the property needs some TLC and it is not soundproof at all. We had a room on level 1 near reception and we could hear everything when guests arrived, talking etc. there was also noise coming from the room above but this is because there are no carpets on the floor. Shower head needed repair and the over head shower did not work. There was also issues with cleanliness of the rooms - they were not cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was ok but we felt it had very little to offer and a few days we didn’t bother to attend. Location was ok.

the location of the hotel cannot be better... the staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and smelled nicely when we first walked in. Water was provided daily. Breakfast was good enough, but nothing special. definitely would rent a room again if staying in Istanbul.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The rooftop bar/restaurant is good and the views are amazing. But the facilities in the room were not up to standard. The TV never worked and the showerhead didn't work. The hotel is in a funny area. The immediate streets around it are very dark and there can be a lot of garbage, but two streets up the hill is a street full of cafes and restaurants and Galata tower. All in all - you almost get what you pay for. My advice is go have dinner or drinks at the bar, and stay somewhere else.
