Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel nahe dem Galataturm. Bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück in der Rooftop Bar. Vom Mitarbeiter der Rezeption hätte ich mir mehr professionelle Distanz gewünscht.

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich und jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Sehr gute Lage. Und die Dachterrasse fanden wir einfach traumhaft. Vielen Dank!

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, it truly felt like they cared about every guest personally. The check-in process was quick and effortless, and the receptionists were always smiling and ready with great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, clearly well looked after. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Everything was presented beautifully and kept well-stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!
