很多人滑雪，地方很大，但路線指示不多，也沒有地圖，到房間很才發現有App可到酒店網站查看地圖，應該在前枱就向我們介紹使用，可減少時間找路，但職員很好，會幫忙。房間設施雖有點舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店食肆選擇很多，附近還有7–11。還可以夾公仔👍👍

Was great experience to stay at Westin Rusutsu Resort. Perfect accommodation, and excellent service. Food is good at restaurant and massage was amazing.

The hotel staff and the restaurant staff were all extremely friendly and they were very helpful with all of my requests and questions. I would highly recommend staying at the resort and eat at the restaurants.
