Beautiful clean, serene environment. Very conveniently located near airport. Perfect for a quick spa treatment prior to boarding international flight!

Everything was good but msy be they should have proper signs as property is very big and navigating can be confusing. Example from east building no directions to go to gym unless one is inside elevator where they have a sign

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was wonderful. The bathroom was huge with natural light and the toliet and shower were behind frosted glass for privacy. The pool temperature was cool and our child loved her mid afternoon swim. At dinner, the restaurant was so accommodating making sure that my meal didn't include milk or treenuts. The bed was comfortable. Going from the hotel to the airport terminal the next morning was a breeze using the hotel's pre-arranged service. The vehicle was a nice hotel branded suv.

I was impressed with the on-site EV fast charger, which was a huge plus and functioned without any issues. The hotel's best feature, however, is its location. Being within easy walking distance of the airport makes it incredibly convenient for anyone with an early or late flight.

Located near Terminal-1 of BLR, so you can reach for 3 minutes on foot. After you get out the terminal -1, you walk on the bridge of right side. Breakfast was so excellent.

The Taj was outstanding in all regards, a wonderful experience. What I liked about the Taj: Check in was excellent, fast and without being a loyalty member the front desk upgraded me to the club floor which was quite appreciated. Thank you Ashik for a five star check in experience. The room was perfect, just everything in place, working and beautifully appointed. The amenities were first class and the window view of Terminal 1 was quite impressive. The soundproofing was excellent, no noise from inside or outside the room. Shower was great, bed super comfortable. Room service was fast and with a smile. The food was fine, I ordered a couple of western type meals which could have been more dialed into the western style (such as what you would get with Hilton or Marriott) but were more of an Indian and awkward dish (such as the burger and club sandwich, weird but passable ) The pizza was perfect and as ordered, crispy and easy on the cheese. The swimming pool was really well done considering it is at the airport location, surrounded with landscaping and several choices to sun and relax. The water was crisp and clean and the right temperature, a nice job on the pool. The only issue I had was the airport transfer from Terminal 2. No signs or clear instructions either at the airport arrival area or on the website. It just was not clear and airport information did not have a clue how to get to the hotel for the most part. Great airport hotel. Took a little finding as it wasn’t a walk from Terminal 2 (you need to get the shuttle bus to Terminal 1 and then walk from there). Very impressive main areas and welcoming staff. Rooms are functional rather than extravagant but still more than adequate for a transit stay. Dinner included in our room rate was much better than we hoped. A very comprehensive buffet of Indian and Western dishes. Complimentary drop off at T2 for our early morning flight was very welcome. Would definitely return if transiting through Bangalore.

Located a short walk from terminal 1. If you need to go to Terminal 2 then you need to walk to Terminal 1 and get the shuttle bud or use Uber etc. Hotel is new and spotless and very quiet.

It’s a nice property. However the room we had was clearly not kept well. The hot water lnob was falling off, bedsheets had stains, the window in the shower was closed with an old plastic louvred screen. Yet the slippers were luxurious. The toilet paper was wafer thin. So generally poor attention to detail in maintenance or quality of the rooms. I loved the staff and service. The quality of the staff was simply the highlight of this hotel - impeccable service.

The Taj service was good as always. Everyone courteous, But one area that needs improvement is the room cleanliness.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms and the general surroundings, amenities in the hotel are excellent. Despite being literally at the airport, you would never know that when you are in the hotel.

The hotel is walking distance from Terminal 1 of Bangalore International Airport. The hotel room is very clean with rich features. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, Room light control is not friendly. Some power outlets do not work.

Well appointed rooms, spacious and clean. The service was friendly and efficient.

The hotel is very impressive - but please be very cautious of rooms which have an interconnecting door. My room had one and I heard every move the neighbouring room made - the tv, toilet, etc. I did not sleep well.

Liked the cafeterias. Staff's were really good. Had problems with wifi. Air condition not that great. There's definitely NO city view from the room.

Was pleasantly surprised by the Taj...it's a very modern hotel attached to Bangalore airport. I was only staying one night ahead of a very early morning flight the following day. The lounge area and restaurants serve a good selection of food and drinks. Everything I ate was tastey, and well prepared. Service was OK, friendly and smiling, if a little slow and in-attentive at times, even at apparently off peak times in the restaurants. Didn't get to experience the breakfast however as checked out at 4:30am. The outside areas are fantastic - you wouldn't know you're at an airport hotel. I sat outside and enjoyed the calming water features. I'd have loved to explored the grounds of the hotel more, but I didn't get the opportunity. The size of the place and the layout can be a little confusing - especially if you're in the West Wing, as the floor numbers are different between the two wings even though you're on the same level. Rooms were reasonable size, and well furnished and maintained. They have everything right for the target market - people staying for it's proximity to the airport. Lots of room amenities and toiletries to avoiding you having to unpack your bags any more than strictly necessary. Bed was comfortable, but the main negative is the paperthin walls - I could hear the people in the room next door showering, their TV and talking. Not ideal when you want some sleep before an early start. Overall I would happily stay here again ahead of an early morning flight.

No WiFi - neither their premium WiFi nor regular WiFi worked, business lounge was not open for breakfast, had to wait for 30 mins to receive my baggage. All in all I felt basically I paid for the location as it is closest to the airport. Next time, will stick with Marriott.

The rooms in the new west wing are not as good as the east wing. Being a new construction, one would expect them to be better, but was very disappointed with the overall quality of the construction. The bathroom is very small. Interior work is sub- quality.

Super comfortable and clean. Quiet room even though walking distance to Terminal One, and there is a free airport shuttle from Terminal Two to Terminal One every 6 mins. So no need for taxis. Super bathroom and great bed. Nice touches with complimentary cookies, bar of chocolate (just the thing after a long flight and arriving early morning), some fruit. Breakfast very good and amazing restaurant. Outdoor patio also and give coffee in take-away cup so you can take to terminal nearby. Perfect for an airport overnight!

Great location and ideal for travellers in transit as well as those planning a longer stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were picked up promptly by Sarath and check-in was seamless. The professionalism and warmth of the staff stood out right away. The property is beautiful, with a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are well-appointed and eco-conscious touches throughout reflect thoughtful hospitality. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — exceptional quality, wide variety, and every dish was delicious. Aman and his colleagues looked after us wonderfully, ensuring we had everything we needed during our family catch-up. The live cooking station added a special touch with freshly made breakfast favourites. The domestic terminal is just a short and easy 7-minute walk, making the location incredibly convenient. Check-out was just as smooth, and Avantika was fantastic in guiding us through return stay options for our upcoming short transit. Her assistance made planning ahead easy and stress-free. All of this was well worth the price. We’re already considering staying longer next time to enjoy the full Taj experience. Highly recommended!

I booked this for my father’s stay. He had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel. He still cannot stop talking about how caring, and helpful the staff were during his stay from check in, to his meals at the restaurants all the way through check out. Everyone had smiles on their face and treated him with such care. A special shout out to Aavantika from concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure my father was well taken care throughout his stay. We will surely be booking again for our next visit to Bengaluru.

The checkin takes in ordinately long time which is not acceptable. They start filling up your details after you reach the hotel. Don’t understand why they can’t do it before you reach the hotel.

Staff is great. Shanmukha at reception always takes care of me with exceptional care and smile. It's a pleasure . Room is always clean and staff takes care of my needs during stay.

stay was good, the breakfast was excellent. room service was short of terrible, cold cuppachino brought in open (not even in a covered), wrong parcel tandoori roti for paratha,( packed for the journey post lunch, they were so hard, we had to discard them), repeated reminders for room service, and a preorder delayed by 40 min for dinner. Lucky you are at the airport for occupancy, if you were in town, i would choose you after oberoi,leela and ITC gardenia

No smiles on arrival. Rude check in staff. Complained to duty manager, who offered me a complimentary fruit juice. Had to chase this up when it hadn't arrived after 75 minutes. Spend their 500 rupees plus taxes shuttle service fee on a trip to sonewhere decent a bit further away.

Checkin took for ever. Even though there were a lot of people at the checkin counter hovering over the front desk, barely one or two staff was doing the checkin.

Stunning hotel with just as stunning staff. I arrived at 2am and I was greeted with welcoming smile and cool peach tea. I was immediately taken to my room. The room was large with a big comfy bed and pillows - I slept like a baby. I was very well looked after by Mr Dokka the restaurant Manager ( who introduced me to various local dishes ) and two staff members , Puja and Abhishek who arranged for a 2am wake up call with a variety of pastures and fresh fruit for the next leg of my trip ( as I would miss my breakfast). 5 star service.

Hotel is a short distance from the airport. But a lack of shuttle service or a proper designated walking path makes it slightly challenging.

Usually I love staying at the Taj but this last visit was disappointing. Phones in the room didn’t work, the tomato soup provided was like colored water.

This hotel is a beautiful property and the staff are excellent. I had an extremely comfortable stay in my room. I was disappointed in the quality of the food however - it was not fresh. We ate in the restaurant and also ordered room service - both times I was quite disappointed. Pasta and rice seemed to be old and reheated, soup looked and tasted like it was poured out a can. I am sorry to leave any negatives as this is a wonderful hotel, but I had higher expectations for the Taj.

Located right next to Bangalore airport, it was a great place to rest before the early morning flight. The buffet breakfast was extensive and staff was very hospitable.

All positive, except: Had a North Indian thali meal at the Tamarind restaurant that I thought was great, but exorbitantly expensive and really had two much food. Would have liked the staff to have suggested sharing that meal with my wife.

Excellent room, very attentive staff, food is top notch. Extensive morning buffet Very convenient location, walking distance to T1 and a five minute cab ride to T2. There are three top notch quality restaurants in house. For more options, there is a five minute walk to T1, which has multiple 24-hour food options. Group service was excellent and timely. Overall, highly recommend using this place for any travel in and around BLR.
