Best Western Plus Regency Park

Rengøringen var ok, men lugtede meget meget kraftigt af rengøringsmiddel/luftrenser, så vi måtte væk fra værelset de første par timer.

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable and helpful.

The hotel was average, we did have a stain on a towel and pillow case that was obvious. There was no way that the house keeping crew would not have seen it when putting it into the room so throw away something that cannot be cleaned, it's just gross. The breakfast was average. Staff were nice.

Breakfast was horrible. Not a lot of choices as in previous years. Last couple of years this hotel has gone down hill. Rooms need repairs. No plugs for tubs to take baths. One room had no privacy curtain and bed was hard as a rock. This stay no light bulbs in any of lamps. Only had one with a bulb and one bedside lamp was completely broke. Floors in room sticky and carpet felt dirty. Wore socks and the were filthy walking around the room. Have stayed there for years and each year it’s worse. Finding somewhere else to stay going forward.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness and freshness of the room. Flooring in room was greasy and slippery. Carpet was damp, furniture was dirty, sheets and rags had stains on them. Hallways were hot and elevator smelled.
