I arrived on business and I made that clear. I stay here often when in Milwaukee for business and personal. There’s new updates, beautiful, but the Dish network tv system didn’t work. I personally had to pull huge dressers to reset the network to get the tv to load, I advised the hotel multiple times, requested to be moved to a different room and at first was lied to about another room being available until the staff told them the tv in my room would not work. A new room was provided. Which was beautiful, but the same issue happened again. I couldn’t even screencast. For work reasons and being there for the games in town, this was a huge inconvenience. I asked for management to contact me. I was advised Amber would and that hasn’t happened. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow up from management. I will return, I hope these issues are fixed with the communication and tvs.
