Booked 2 nights and if my review was for our king size bed w/Jacuzzi room (Room 101, which has to be the oldest part of the building) I would say flat out 0 to 1. After looking over the room we had to go to the office and get a different room. Gap in front door letting in daylight and I'm sure contributes to the bug problem, fan in bathroom was covered in dust, Jacuzzi looked liked it's 20 years old and my husband did not want to use it, and for a lock on the sliding door it was a simple makeshift latch drilled into the concrete and my husband was not comfortable with it. However when we went to the front desk the girl was very kind and thankfully put us in the building all the way to the back with 2 queen beds and a private balcony that overlooks the mountains. That room was much better and would give it like a 3.5 stars. Not sure if there's a workout room, indoor pool area is old and not in the best condition, hot tub doesn't work. There is a regular pool right at the road in decent shape. Overall this hotel needs a lot more in updates and then they could charge a little more because it is right on the main road in Gatlinburg.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs were definitely powdered. The sausage was not fresh. The worst part was the parking! We got in late both nights we were there and there was no parking left. They did not have enough spots for the rooms they have! The room was nice, clean, handicap accessible as promised. The staff was great. Would NOT stay again due to parking issue.

Great place to stay. Great rates and staff. The beds in the room very comfortable. We had a suite and lots of room. The shower was awesome too. Great view from the balcony.
