Location and price were excellent. No issues wit the property.

Overall the place was okay but very noisy. I also accidentally booked my room for the wrong weekend, they wouldn’t even consider changing the date. I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason.

Comfortable bed, great view and good location. Totally ruined stay by the live music noise from the adjacent Irish Pub until at least 1.30 am ! Could be clearly heard 20 floors up. Strange room layout, not enough hanging space for two people or space for two small suitcases , especially as there is wasted space by the front door where there was room for a shelf or at least some hooks to hang clothes. Wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast could certainly get an upgrade. One coffee machine fr e while hotel so 15 minutes wait to get one, that did not help either. And do met even get me started on the management. But all in all, we will never use this chain of hotel again in my companies, not here or any other place in the world. Honesty and humanity goes a long way, and the management in this hotel have a lot to learn!
