Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. please dont tick the box for parking as parking is included in the price. Staff were confused when i said that i paid extra for a carpark. Staff stated it automatically is included. NOT HAPPY HOTELS.COM😡

It is close to Monash university which was the reason of coming to Melbourne to attend graduation. No clear instruction of how to get the keys despite promised email with instruction 1 day before arrival. Also not clear how to get in the underground car park without remote fob when arrive after hours. Car park had a break in during my stay with police attending - presume broke into security storage cages. Thank goodness my car was not broken into or vandalised.

Overall pretty clean however couch was significantly stained and shower cubicle could have been cleaner (bits of soap on floor). Furniture arrangement comfortable for me, however could be a problem for others with more people staying eg. only a two seater couch in lounge area of two bedroom apartment (so potentially 4 guests). Overall comfortable stay and would happily book again if I required accommodation in the area.

This property is literally a student accommodation. The place was clean overall, however the furniture carpets and walls have stains and cuff marks. The sofas provided had liquid stains overall and we didn't feel like sitting on them. The beds were just springs and nothing else. Bathrooms were clean though.

Nice quiet location, close to big shopping centres. Little out of the way for activities to keep kids entertained. The bedrooms are very crammed no room, the living area was crammed one small sofa x2 seats for a family of 6, no cleaning products supplied (vacuum, sweeping brush) Nice clean building from the outside good parking.

The property itself is absolutely perfect. The staff were warm amd friendly and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the couch and the bed pillows. The couch needs replacing urgently. Hard. Uncomfortable and just enough room for 2 adults. The bed pillows. My 2 were wafer thin and I had to use both to get them to the same size as a normal pillow. Other than that, the bed was comfy. The shower was amazing. The apartment was spotless and there was plenty of parking, with some undercover. A perfect place to stay and we will again.

Check-in process was cumbersome. Said the reception closed at 2 and I’d need to check in before that. Then told I couldn’t check in early. So the only check in time is 2pm on the dot. It’s 2025. After hours check in took some effort to facilitate and then the understand to get into the room wasn’t great.

As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort.

As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . On our third day, we were unfortunately woken up early by loud renovation work directly above our unit. While reception could not offer a refund for our remaining nights, they did move us to another unit in the adjacent building.The New Unit: This second apartment was much brighter, clean, and featured a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were very quiet.Areas for Improvement: The new unit had a few maintenance and comfort issues. Every door made a loud squeaking sound when opened. Additionally, the dinner table only had 3 chairs instead of 4, and we felt quite itchy after sitting on the fabric sofa.Location Note:While the public transit is excellent, please note that local restaurants are a bit of a distance away, so you will need to walk or take a car for meals. But we choose doordash, by paying slightly more. Despite the mid-stay disruption, the host's quick action to relocate us made it an acceptable experience."

The host is super helpful arranging key pickup after hours and giving us very clear instructions to the parking in the garage. Overall it’s a very comfortable accommodation and easy access from the freeway. I would highly recommend.

I loved how you looked out onto tree tops when you opened all blinds …it felt like we were in the bush and not in the middle of the city . A second couch would be good to add . Thanks

Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful
