Location is excellent - lots of food and supermarket options, very close to a metro. Washing machine (no drier) really welcome. Air conn worked very well. We had a balcony, which was a nice touch. Bed was a bit soft, and the bedroom was tight. Very good kitchen facilities. Would recommend!

I will start with the good aspects of my stay, which involved being in two different apartments over 4 nights. The staff are friendly; both apartments I stayed in were clean; the location is close to public transport hubs, several grocery stores, and many restaurants. Both apartments I stayed in had well-equipped kitchens and an in-unit washing machine. Now for the unfortunate part-the office mixed up my reservation. I was supposed to have a deluxe studio with air conditioning (which I sought out after discovering the unpredictable weather in Warsaw). When I arrived, I was given a unit without AC for two nights (despite having paid for it). They agreed to move me to a unit with AC, but I had to check out of one unit and move into another (which was disruptive to my trip). They provided two breakfast vouchers for a nice local restaurant, but honestly I would have rather just had a good home base for my four nights in Warsaw. When I asked why it happened, they said that they would book directly rather than using a site like hotels.com. Hate to leave a lukewarm review of this place, but need to share my experience.

L’appartamento è nuovo e confortevole e si trova nella zona moderna della città, a 10 minuti da tram, metro e bus Un aspetto negativo e’ che in tutto l’appartamento non c’erano chiusure per le finestre o tende oscuranti per cui alle 4.30 di mattina era tutto illuminato a giorno! Non un problema da poco! Inoltre il check in e’ stato un po’ tardi

The room was very clean and comfortable. To note, it didn’t have any utensils, plates, silverware etc if planning to prepare a meal. Check in was fast and easy and reception assistant was very pleasant.

We stayed at Go Apartments in Warsaw for one night and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the check-in and check-out process was uncomplicated and efficient. The apartment itself was spacious, quiet, and had the necessary basic equipment, including a washing machine. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, there were also several downsides. The bed was honestly catastrophic — far too soft and much too small for two people, which made sleeping uncomfortable even for a single night. Breakfast is served externally and only starts at 8:00 AM, which is rather late if you have plans in the morning. In addition, one of the kitchen power sockets was defective, and surprisingly there was no coffee machine in the apartment. Overall, the apartment was acceptable for a short one-night stay thanks to the good location and easy organisation, but we personally would not have wanted to stay there much longer because of the comfort issues.
