Un check-in prévu à une certaine heure qui au final a été retardé de 1h15 plus des problèmes de chambre non faite ou avec des problèmes de fuite, et pour finir la troisième proposer avait un problème de porte extérieur (celle-ci a été remplacé rapidement) concernant le personnel de ménage nous avons extrêmement bien été accueilli par une dame celle-ci gérer notre bâtiment est étais au petit soin. La piscine principale est extrêmement bruyante je conseille donc d’aller à la piscine zen. Lieu assez bruyant en général mais plutôt bien.

Le réceptionniste ne voulait pas prendre en compte notre réservation sous prétexte qu il fallait une confirmation écrite le numéro hôtel. Com ne lui suffisait pas. Après une heure de tractation il nous a envoyé dîner 5 mn avant la fermeture du restaurant. Finalement il nous alloué une chambre qui était en cours de restauration. Les clients Coralia étaient privilégiés dans cet établissement quand aux autres... établissement à fuir

Cool stuff

My family and I travel alot atleast 4-5 holidays a year. We have stayed in many hotels however this was the worst experience ever. 1. The room was so dirty full of ants, flies. Corners of room walls full of dust. Bed dirty. Sheets yellow stained. Towels yellow stained all the time. My 3 year old woke up with bites all over her face and body and we have been back for days and she still has scars. We have been itching since. 2. Restaurant food was another chaos. Evening meal was okay ish however breakfast and lunch literally no options. 30 minutes wait for chips for kids. Especially on our last day which was a Saturday literally no breakfast options left. 3.water and juices in the machines smelt of pool water. 4. Bar side cafe never had anything, according to advert and the welcome paper supposedly has food and drinks though the day. There was always nothing until 5pm some waffles. This is supposed to be an all inclusive experience. This is suppose to be 4*. Noway even 2* is too much. I asked for a kettle in the room. After 24 hours i was told they found one and I should pick up from reception and take it to do room if i pay deposit. I asked for a few coffee tea bags . They said i need to buy it from the shops. Also i needed to pay deposit for the second hand very cheap kettle. Everything was bad. We are very upset to have wasted our money. I hope nobody else books in this hotel. Lastly we booked for a family of 4 and only 2 pillows and 1 duvet was given after begging.
