Only thing I could pick thought with is the shower could have more pressure. But other that good good would defo stay again

We are wheelchair users and unfortunately the lift was out of order at our arrival. However, the manager did everything to make us feel valued and seen. We were given a non-accessible room to wait in until we were able to move to an accessible room on the ground floor. Thank you very much for making it possible! With our German blue badge we were able to park around the corner in the residents parking bays for free (see „parking blue badge Islington“ to make sure these rules still apply)

The room was clean and had everything it was supposed to. I just miss the kettle in the room

The aircondition was to loud. I’d like to be able to turn it off.

I really liked this hotel initially. The rooms are small but comfortable. I had a negative experience on my second night where my TV wouldn't turn off so I asked the front desk and they couldn't turn it off either so I had to pack up and switch rooms in the middle of the night. They called it an upgrade because it had a window, but the room was smaller and the window was at street level and more of a safety and privacy issue than a perk. Then, at 4:00 am the TV in my new room turned ON due to a previous guest (presumably) setting the wake up alarm. Basically I got 4 hours of sleep that night. I felt like those issues warranted a comped night. The front desk said no and an email I sent to the manager went unanswered. If I had received a response from the manager I would have given a positive review. As it is, I'd say buyer beware and make sure you get into the TV menu to turn off the wake up alarm setting.

Good location, near to bus and underground station, grocery stores and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. 24/7 reception. Small rooms but had everything you need in a hotel room. Very good for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small, but you get what you pay for and they certainly don't hide this when you try to book. It was clean and the staff were helpful. There are no amenities to speak of, other that a water bottle filling station in the lobby. The area is nice, it is also close to the underground and plenty of restaurants. There is also a 24 hour shop across the street, which is very convenient. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay as a tourist, this hotel does the trick. If you're looking to enjoy a hotel with amenities and any level or luxury, look elsewhere.

Hotel was nice but small rooms. staff was barely present. Room service was done every 4days rather than everyday. Frequently had to ask for towels and trash to be taking out. Great location have many food spots near and grocery stores

Enjoyed stay in hotel however after checked out I asked to use bathroom and reception said no toilet available. This is the first hotel I have been that don’t have a toilet for customers.

Check-in was super fast and the room was tidy. It was very small but that was to be expected. The AC turns off during the day which was annoying

Small and dirty room

Staff on check in and check out were lovely. Our room was tiny- just a small double bed and you could only walk around it on one side. No furniture, not even a table or chair- we had to put everything on the floor! Bathroom was ok- bit of mould on the shower seals. Room looked out onto some flat roof area yhat was dirty and full off weeds.

This room was minuscule. nearest tube station is 10 min walk away. Bed takes up whole room and shower cleaned poorly, left a pungent smell. No handtowel provided or lock on bathroom door, which is translucent. Service was adequate. Definitely not staying again.

The room smelt so musty and moldy. It looked clean but it stunk

The room was small but it did its job. The bed was a little soft for my liking but the linen and towels were clean. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Near tube and bus stops so it was easy for me to get to work the next day. I would stay again.

It was fine, room was relatively clean. The bathroom was the issue, the sink drain was severely blocked and did not drain. The shower was similar, and the shower head/water pressure was also in need of attention.

Really great budget hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff on check-in. My double room was tiny but perfect. It was very clean and the bathroom was also spotless. Comfortable bed and working AC.

We stayed at the Easy Hotel Shoreditch and what can I say me and the girlfriend had a comfortable night stay. Very clean and tidy. Will be definitely booking again for a quick stay.

Perfect if you just need a shower and a bed, which was just what I wanted and needed. It reminded me more of a cabin on a ferry! The room and reception was immaculately clean. I did have to wait around 10 minutes at reception to be checked in (there's no bell, buzzer or any other way of alerting the staff) but I waited on one of the chairs in reception. Would definitely stay with EasyHotel again based off this first time with them.

rooms ridiculously small. Shower temperature controls did not work.

Nice place. The staff was very nice and helpful. Close to 2 Underground stops. The beds were 3/5 comfort, the water in the morning was freezing and in the evening scalding hot.

Tiny room, no window, ironing clothes on the floor due to lack of space. Just a ridiculous price for the facilities provided. Find somewhere else to stay if you can.

Hard bed. You could hear everyone walking outside of the door.

The rooms are so small and crampt, they get so hot, the windows are locked making it worse. The air con is complex, turns itself off and very very noisy. Worst nights sleep in ages!

Great check in experience but the room is seriously tiny. Even with one person in the room it was hard to get around without banging into stuff (and the bed was rock hard!)

It was okay for a night and thankfully I was in my own as there was so little space. I booked a room with a window. This was a large sealed fixed pane that appeared to look into the side of a small office block. The curtains were good at keeping out the light but in the daytime (but, although empty while I was there) anyone in the windows opposite could have looked straight into my room and the bed was beside the window. I had to turn sideways to go between the bottom of the bed and the wall. There was only a tiny cut out space beside the bed (mobile phone sized) to put anything down on. One side of the bed was flat against the wall. There were two hangers for clothing fixed flat against the wall. This was fine as I was only room to be there one night so i had very little with me. The bathroom did have a counter top beside the washbasin and that was really the only place to put anything. The air conditioning was fierce. The screen with the controls appeared to work as it pleased and there were no instructions. It was very noisy. Note; there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room but a vending machine in reception (£2.00 per drink) and another with chocolate bars. Thankfully I had an empty thermos flask with me which I filled with a coffee last thing in the evening and it was still warm for the following morning). There were several restaurants nearby including a nice Italian/Greek place a few minutes walk around the corner. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

This place has the most welcoming and friendly staff I’ve encountered in London. Excellent location, brilliant for transport and walking in the Barbican area. A comfortable room , very practical design

When we arrived, they first gave us a room way smaller than we what we booked, and then were annoyed when I came back down to complain that it wasn’t the room they advertised in their picture. After some back and forth and difficulty from the staff, they eventually gave me the key to a room that was closer to what we booked, but still didn’t appear as big as it did in the pictures. They were stingy with towels as well. Overall the rooms were small and nearly impossible to fit two people and two suitcases. Shower was very small as well. Only pro of staying here for us, was that it was close to a train station for convenient transportation.

Functional hotel but takes 'essentials only' to the extreme. 1 members of staff in late so when i tried to check in i had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to appear. 2 fixed hangers in the room so hung my jacket and jeans but the rest of my clothes had to go in the floor. No cup.im the bathroom but could buy a bottle in reception for £7. Didnt realise this till i was almost in bed so ended up drinking from cupped hands. Gap undet the door meant the room was illuminated all night but it didnt mayyer became the bed was so hard i couldn't sleep anyway. Had to cut my day in college short because i was so tired after no sleep. Worst £140 ive ever spent.

Great location, short walk to tube station. Shops across the road. Lovely and clean and quiet.

A great property to rest your head but isn’t luxurious. Customer service was not great the first two days, hotel staff wasn’t friendly at all and seemed to not want to be there.

Nice comfortable room for the price. I was there for only one night but the customer service of the front desk was awesome. Fatma and Adanana were so courteous and kind. They answered all of my questions and made my stay enjoyable. If you're looking for a no frills, comfortable hotel whilst in London, you can't go wrong with easyHotel. I will stay here again.

Amazing view, great location and friendly staff

Hotel is nicely located, being just 5-10 minutes to Barbican tube station. It was easy to walk into central london too, just head west from the hotel and youll be there within 40 minutes with plenty of dining options on the way. Only downsides I would say about the hotel is how small the rooms were, really really small. Basically a bed and a shower room with toilet and not much else. It was lucky we figures out how to work the air conditioning as well, as the windows don\'t open at all - so hope your air con works in the room! The bed wasn\'t overly comfy, and cleaning was a paid extra (have never heard of this before, very strange I\'m sure the explanation will be to be "eco-friendly" which doesnt really make sense...) But other than that, decent hotel and close enough to central London and the main areas that it was a good experience. Just dont expect much from the hotel beyond a place to sleep.

Only 2 stops on the Met line from Kings Cross. Easy walk from Old Street Underground to Easy Hotel in Old street. Building seems new. Good meal options at FAME bar/restaurant in same street.

A room without a view - not even a window! No basics like kettle or teabags, just a machine in the reception charging £2/cup Friendly receptionist but overall not worth the money
