A wonderfull property and well equiped

Very spacious and clean inside - comfortable and good for a big group (7 of us) but1) room with 2 bunk beds very cramped - hard to move around with just 2 people let alone 42) main bathroom shower head needs to be replaced it sprays everywhere3) advertise aircon - but doesnt indicate that this is not throughout the house only in the small tv area not in bedrooms but there are ceiling fans in bedroom4) not sufficient toilet paper supplied - 3 rolls for 7 people for 3 night (no additional supplies) anywhere5) bbq smells and needs a good clean outdoor furniture has cobwebs and spiders all over it 5) back and front yards needs to be maintained - looks like never been cleaned - cobwebs spider and spider eggs - leaves and sticks everywhere.For the price we paid for 3 night I would expect a higher level of cleanliness/property maintenance.

The property was quite run down. Windows hadn't been cleaned and full of cobwebs. The BBQ was so dirty we couldn't use it The outside furniture was full of spiders. The grass hadn't been cut . Furniture in house was old and dirty. Will not be back.

The cleanliness was average, including a dishwasher requiring emptying. Possums in the roof that ran up and down all night. For the cost of the rental I wasn’t expecting spider webs and the state of the carpets were average.

Very functional and served a larger family really well. We enjoyed the convenience to the bush and beaches.
