Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection

An amazing experience and stay. This hotel is one I would recommend heavily to anyone visiting Bosnia. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the nature around the area was beautiful. We saw wild horses, took a lovely walk and wish we could have stayed longer. It was easy to find and had everything you needed. Additionally it has the halal certification which meant we could eat without caution. We loved our stay here and would love to come back one day!

Bellissimo hotel, adatto a chi ama la natura e la montagna. L'unica cosa è molto lontano dal centro, quindi assicuratevi di avere una macchina. Wi-fi molto debole nelle stanze e nella reception. Per il resto tutto perfetto: ottima colazione, panorama pazzesco, design elegante, personale gentilissimo!

The hotel design is extraordinary and the breakfast buffet is incredible. A truly wonderful hotel. The staff was super sweet and helpful.

Objective Review of My Hotel Stay and how to improve? 1. Room Cleanliness: The room with a patio was not clean. The carpet was very dirty and clearly not well-maintained. 2. Bathroom Issues: The shower leaked water outside the shower area. The bathroom floor was wooden, which was a poor choice and should have been ceramic. 3. Bathroom Fixtures: The bidet spray was on the wrong side and was constantly leaking, causing inconvenience. 4. Possible Bed Bugs: I experienced bug bites, suggesting a potential bed bug issue. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: The entire hotel is carpeted and felt dirty overall. They should consider removing the carpet and replacing it with ceramic or another easy-to-clean flooring option to improve cleanliness. 6. Breakfast Variety: Breakfast was the same every day for 10 days, which became very boring and lacked variety. 7. Breakfast Timing: Breakfast started at 8 AM, which was inconveniently late for early risers. 8. Food Quality: The restaurant food was not up to a four-star standard; I would rate it around two stars given the overall experience. 9. Appliances and Coffee Machine: The coffee machine is very old and the coffee quality is poor. Other appliances, like the toaster, also need upgrading. They should consider modernizing these to improve the overall experience.

Especially good for tourists who are nature loving and oriented to this kind of tourism! Lovely location, surrounded by a forest, the only hotel for miles around!
