Villa Idealia Isola di Skopelos

We had an amazing time at the Villa. The hosts were great with communications and providing information. Katherina was available at a movements notice and was the best with her delicious treats and fresh eggs that she brought to the Villa to spoil us. The Villa is exactly as advertised even better!!! The location is a bit remote but that’s not a problem as there is a paved road and it is a 10-15 minute ride to most places. A car is needed if you want to venture out in our opinion. We stayed 8 days with two kids and it was a dream ! 6 min from the beach , short drive to Skopelos town !!The Villa was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable right away!! It is well kept and shows very little wear. Everything is well stocked and the service for the Villa is exceptional. The view to the bay below is great! The pool is always clean and very refreshing. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you for a great location for our vacation!!

Beautiful views very well equipped and comfortable house, very kind and generous mother of owners who kept on spoiling us with special local treats. Went out of her way to make our stay memorable. It was the perfect spot for 3 siblings and partners from 3 different continents to get together. Close to great beach with very good tavernas. Our favourite was Kraken, where service was super friendly, food good and lovely setting on water’s edge. All in all a wonderful stay

Villa Idealia was the perfect home base for my family’s adventures around Skopelos. The view is magnificent and the pool is perfectly placed. The house was very clean with all the amenities we could need. The host were welcoming and very helpful and informative. When they advise you to rent a car, do it! And do it in advance. Our time in the island was both magnificent and magical. We were any 20-30 minutes from any location on the island. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Simply put it is absolutely fabulous. Quite the most wonderful location with stunning views over Panormos. But much more than that we were made to feel so welcome by Katerina and Giannis and Afroditi - delivering breakfast treats and responding brilliantly to messages - just fantastic. The villa was perfect - comfortable, cool, fantastically kitted out, lovely beds - just the most amazingly relaxing time. And the pool....beautiful water, no chlorine but still so clean. I can't say enough about this wonderful place - we are already thinking about when we can return.

I want to share if I could give this property 10 stars I would - we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa - the villa accommodations were comfortable, homey, everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and we ate dinner outside nearly every night with the beautiful pool and the view. This villa is close to beaches, tavernas and groceries. I also want to share the wonderful family who owns this villa went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - we had a special event while there - my daughter's boyfriend proposed on the beautiful pool deck area - Afroditi, Stathis, Katerina and Giannis treated us like family and arranged for a perfect proposal moment with flowers, champagne and even a special cake waiting for us. And Mama Stathis brought us a traditional Greek breakfast two mornings - so delicious!! Just can't say enough good words and I only wish the villa was closer as we would be back very soon! Thank you Afroditi for being the perfect host!! 10 STARS!!!
