I felt there need to be additional door for the bathroom. The windows need to be another set of curtains for privacy (duh to construction taking place next door). In the the pool area there was meeting taking place, so couldn’t enjoy it without making a lot of noise duh to respect of the meeting. But after they left the pool was more enjoyable and views were spectacular…

Restaurant was closed, the pool was not available, one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. I also didn’t know it was shared with a hospital. Too many people get in in the elevator, mainly people for hospital treatment. Not happy a all.

Todo muy bien con la habitación y el personal amable. Solo que las instalaciones del área de la alberca en muy malas condiciones, ya que tenía demasiados insectos vivos y el agua se veía demasiado sucia. Le hace falta mantenimiento y que la limpien porque el material ya se estaba despegando.

Although the room was very comfortable with great bedsheets and towels, the location is on top of a 12 story hospital/clinic. You are sharing the elevator with hospital patients. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant. The pool is very unkept and has dozens of missing tiles.

Nice hotel but kinda strange also as this is located in a hospital/medical clinics tower The top 2 floors 14 and 15 are the hotel and check in is downstairs where the medical clinic check in is there is no fob in elevators to restrict the general public going to the hotel floors where tje rooms are so get random people walking around found this part very strange and uneasy for security as anyone can walk around try and open your room door ect. Seen few people lost looking for a doctors or a clinic during my stay Pool is dated and needs new tiles and fixing No resturant on top floor also any more BIG new tower being built and very close so can be bit noisier during working hours Very good clean rooms and nice Beds were very nice and comfortable Showers have nice strength and hot Staff was amazing , very friendly and helpful

The views of the city are absolutely jaw-dropping. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see for miles and the hotel occupies the top two floors of the building so I imagine all the rooms get a great view. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Everything was in good condition. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Valet parking is just across the street and only cost 50 pesos (in July 2025). There are lots of restaurants, Walmart Express, Sam's Club within a 5-10 min walk.

En la habitación había cucarachas, en la regadera había cabellos y las toallas estaban húmedas. Pedí una plancha y estaba muy sucia. El guardia de seguridad de la noche se portó grosero con nosotros, cuestionándonos por qué estábamos ahí y de qué habitación veníamos, y al preguntarle la razón de su cuestionamiento su respuesta fue “nada más” Se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo y otras habitaciones. Lo único que tengo que reconocer es la amabilidad del personal de limpieza y el recepcionista de la noche.

Había cucarachas en el lavamanos, me di cuenta antes de dejar mi cepillo de dientes y me tocó regresar todos mis artículos de aseo a la maleta. Buscando un conector para mis cargadores, encontré basura (tapas de botellas) debajo de la cama, indicador de que no asean correctamente. Las almohadas están hechas bolas por dentro, pésima calidad.

I stayed at Hotel Belo Grand in Morelia, and the view was absolutely incredible — you can see the whole city from the large windows. The location is also perfect, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the historic center. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view day and night. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with one of the best views in Morelia!

The hotel is nice as well as the rooms. However it is not fully functional yet. The window shades were not working the hotel garage was not accessible. Also there is no privacy in the shower the window the door is totally transparent

I stayed at Hotel Belo Grand in Morelia, and the view was absolutely incredible — you can see the whole city from the large windows. The location is also perfect, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the historic center. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view day and night. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with one of the best views in Morelia!

Lá alberca en el techo es increíble. Varios lugares para desayunar, comer, cenar y salir de fiesta cerca. Espacio las Américas queda prácticamente caminando y está en una zona con muchas rutas de transporte público.

Great area and property. The rooms, rooftop, and views are amazing. The only downside is that is shares the lobby and elevators with a hospital and now due to construction after 9pm you have to exit and enter thru the emergency hospital entrance which is wierd especially if you’re coming back at 2am from a club and you have to share the elevator with someone in labor or a broken leg.

The views of the city are absolutely jaw-dropping. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see for miles and the hotel occupies the top two floors of the building so I imagine all the rooms get a great view. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Everything was in good condition. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Valet parking is just across the street and only cost 50 pesos (in July 2025). There are lots of restaurants, Walmart Express, Sam's Club within a 5-10 min walk.

Only the last 2 building floor are the hotel rooms in a hospital, where you have to be using the same elevators sometimes with sick people, there’s not restaurant in the hotel, we got confuse with patients when leaving or arrived.

Restaurant was closed, the pool was not available, one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. I also didn’t know it was shared with a hospital. Too many people get in in the elevator, mainly people for hospital treatment. Not happy a all.

Although the room was very comfortable with great bedsheets and towels, the location is on top of a 12 story hospital/clinic. You are sharing the elevator with hospital patients. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant. The pool is very unkept and has dozens of missing tiles.

Creo que deberían mencionar que el hotel esta en una torre médica/ hospital. Nada recomendado para hospedarte con hijos por la exposición a áreas comunes de la zona médica. Posiblemente es la mejor opción si realmente a lo que vas es a alguna cita médica y/o visitar a alguien del hospital. Pregunté en lobby si había algún tipo de servicio de cocina y me comentaron que no. Pero ese mismo día vi como otras personas usaron la terraza del hotel y les llevaron el desayuno. Si bien no hay servicio oficial del.hotel creo que podrían brindarnos esas opciones externas.

El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones, muy amplio y elegante. El personal fue atento. No hay restaurante en el mismo edificio pero esta cerca de locales de comida para ir caminando. Las habitaciones están en los pisos esta 14 y 15 justo arriba de un hospital y usamos los mismos elevadores que las personas que van al hospital. Cuando yo viajé (Abril 2026) al lado estaba un edificio mas alto en construcción y no pude utilizar la alberca porque esta en la terraza del piso 15 y corríamos el riesgo de que cayeran objetos de la construcción en el área de la alberca y terraza. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento pero tiene convenio con el hotel de enfrente para cobrar la tarifa fija por el estacionamiento el cual incluye el valet parking. La calle que cruzamos arrastrando las maletas para entrar al hotel estaba en malas condiciones y al llegar al hospital tuvimos que cargar las maletas 10 escalones para llegar al lobby del hotel, el cual esta justo al lado y en la misma área que el area de recepción del hospital. Mi viaje fue familiar para ir a un torneo de futbol y estuve poco tiempo en la habitación, pero yo pienso que esta pensado mayormente para adultos o personas que tienen familiares internados en el mismo hospital.

The hotel is under construction and kind of hard to even know where the front door is. Apparently they have been adding a 2nd tower for the past year. I canceled the other hotel I had because I liked that this hotel had a pool with a view of the city only to arrive and find out the pool was not open due to some accident they are doing construction on it. My kiddo was very sad that she wasn’t able to swim and enjoy the pool. Staff was nice and property is nice but definitely an eye soar with all the construction.
