The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast staff always friendly, helpful and patient. Hotel was clean and had a social hour which sadly we did not get to take part in. Only issue I had was hotel had a smell (could be from cooking in rooms, wet carpet from people using the pool and running thru the hotel) but I’m not sure what it was. The pool area was well kept. The rooms were clean, having a kitchen with a stove was a plus especially when traveling with a family and not wanting fast food every day. The clean staff was wonderful and helpful. Great place to stay close to everything, you can walking distance to Disney.

The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh Fruit, hot and cold cereal, greek yogurt with all the mix-ins, eggs, omelettes and a waffle making station were our favorites. And you can snag a bagel for a late morning snack! The pool is small and outdoors, parking is easy and its walkable to disneyland. We will stay again!

Staff was excellent! From front desk to breakfast and social time. Only negative experience was the main elevator was in and out of service. Made for some unhappy guests.

Less than a mile walk to Disneyland/CA. Most of walk is on Disney property and felt very safe even after park closing. Complimentary breakfast was one of the better we have had. Always fresh food and well staffed to keep food fresh and eating area clean. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Plenty of parking, we were told it was $25 a night, but charged only $15. The negative; elevators seemed to have issue most of the week were there and house keeping. Our room didn’t get serviced by housekeeping for the first 5 days. We were told that it was because when the supervisor checked at 8am we had the do not disturb sign up. We left the room by 10:30/ 11 everyday sometimes not returning until after midnight. Despite taking down the do not disturb sign room was not serviced. When inquired at front desk were told it was because the sign was up at 8am. This was not anything that we had experienced before.

I liked the convenience of being close to Disneyland. However, the hotel could use some upgrades. The elevators were not running the first day and the water pressure was HORRIBLE. The sink was giving more pressure than the shower.

Everything was good, except their main elevator was broken down. Kept having to walk to the parking garage elevator which was in the back of the hotel. Walking that distance with children or your hands full is not the greatest. They should really keep up the maintenance on their elevators.

I typically like to stay near the convention center and book one of the Marriotts or Hyatts when I go to Disney, but Expedia gave me such a great rate if I booked this IHG. I was hesitant because I was unfamiliar with the walk/area but according to the reviews, it's a very good hotel to stay at for families and decent walk (we are used to a 20 min walk no matter where we stay so no worries there). I will say, after our 4 nights stay, I cannot give this hotel higher than a 3/5, as the main elevator was broken for the majority of our stay and it was a huge pain to take the side elevator with massive luggage/baggage and groceries, as many other families were waiting for them, or we were having to wait for the service team to use them. We often found ourselves having to take the stairs from OUTSIDE the building and it was nerve wrecking to have our kids have to constantly walk in an outdoor parking lot with lots of blind spots just to get to our room. The staff did compensate our parking after my husband asked to be accommodated for the inconvenience. Aside from the annoyances from the elevator, the facilities were decent, but nothing special. The breakfast is nice, with the DIY waffle maker my kids love

Therefore there’s a little time to get ready esp with little kids & after waking up coming from a busy day like Disneyland. The pool is not heated and there’s no jacuzzi. When making a request for extra towels, it can take a while depending on how busy they are I guess. Otherwise, it was a good hotel, location was just behind Disneyland; we still drove to Disneyland park since we have 4 little kids - wanted to save time and 15 - 20 min walk can be long. Self - Parking was convenient and breakfast food was okay. Would stay here again for the price.

This was my second time staying here and this trip it was completely night and day. It started when I first arrived on our floor you could smell something but I couldn’t make out the scent but it had a bad lingering scent. After entering the room we couldn’t help but notice red stains on the floor near the beds.I call the front desk they tell me “oh housekeeping should have done a deep cleaning in that room come back down I’ll put you guys somewhere else. They try to move us one door down immediately when we opened that room my boyfriend and I both said this is where that scent is coming from. I told front desk he sent someone to check and said yes I am going to move you guys to the 4th floor. The room on the fourth floor was clean no smell however the front desk agent stuck us in the room that was holding the electrical something for the floor in a lock door that was on the side of one of the beds it would go from being quiet to loud while we were trying to sleep.

This hotel was conveniently located close to the park. We enjoyed the free breakfast which was always being refreshed even through the rush every morning. We missed out on the afternoon happy hour but it looked good. We were on the 4th floor and the water pressure was not the best. Even to flush the toilet we had to try at least 4 times. There was a musky smell and the carpet and couch had stains on them. The hotel might use a renovation due to its age. We paid extra to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. Overall it wasn’t too bad. Might consider it again

One of the elevators smelled of urine and weed, our bathroom light was out, they had no working ice machines, food debris in hallways, someone burnt food in their room and smoked out the halls- and many other janky things. They need better management and a refresh- it’s very ‘used’ compared to other Staybridge properties.

My family and I stayed for a night after going to Disneyland for the day. It is very close to the park. We liked the room initially, BUT the next morning we discovered a leak coming from upstairs that ran through the closet space in our room. My husband looked up at the ceiling of the closet and discovered a huge area that had BLACK MOLD. This is such a health hazard. We notified the front desk and they said thanks and hung up. When we went down to talk to someone about how we shouldn’t have been given that room (nor should anyone else for that matter) the front staff said he could comp my parking. I didn’t feel this was given the importance it should have. So my warning to all future guests is to look in your rooms for leaks and black mold. We will not be staying here again.

While my family were enjoying their day at Knott’s berry farm, I came to the hotel to check in ~5pm, so I can sanitize the room & get it ready for my family when they were done at the park. After checked into the hotel, I went to the room. After walking through the stuffy hallway, I arrived to the room. After turned all the lights on, I started my walk through when I noticed something moving in the kitchen wall, counter top, & on the ceiling, to my horror, it was a cockroach!! I was so shocked, disgusted, & terrified, I screamed, & notified the front desk. They offered to get me another room, but after seeing that, there was no way I would be able to sleep at that hotel. No way that I will have my family stay there. I called Orbitz, cancelled the reservation with hotel’s approval, & got out of there.

Room was ok. You could tell they did not spend a lot time cleaning before check in. Garbage on the floor that wasn’t vacuumed up. There button also did not work on the elevator.

Over all fine, the guy that checked us in wasn’t the friendliest and I feel kept looking at my kids for whatever reason and also had me write down my phone number and email which I’ve never had happen. Only complaint about the room is that for saying it slept 6 was very tight in space. And the fold out couch was like a cardboard box. Was not suitable to sleep on. Over all fine, the guy that checked us in wasn’t the friendliest and I feel kept looking at my kids for whatever reason and also had me write down my phone number and email which I’ve never had happen. Only complaint about the room is that for saying it slept 6 was very tight in space. And the fold out couch was like a cardboard box. Was not suitable to sleep on. Which caused is to have to sleep 3 on one bed so my son could have the couch

The thing this hotel has going for them is the kitchenette, location, and multiple beds. Having said that, it’s outdated. There’s only one elevator to the lobby and it’s packed in the morning for the free breakfast (which is also a plus). The carpet is pretty disgusting in the hallway and in the room. The air is old as well it stayed humid in the room instead of cooling down completely.

We had a two bed suite with a pullout bed. The pullout bed was absolutely horrible. No padding and it would not lay down flat. The only reason it worked for my family is because I put a 5 and 6 year old on it. No adult could ever have slept on it. The good thing is that it slept 7 of us because it also had a chase lounger that I put a 13 year on. Then the 4 adults slept in the beds. Another good thing is it is literally 4 mins driving to the Disney parks which made it very convenient at night. The hotel also offers other options to get to the parks. And it wasn't nearly as expensive as the Disney hotels, but we were in the same vicinity as those hotels. The free breakfast was decent as well. Again if you have a big family it's money saved before going into the parks. Overall, it's a nice hotel. Safe, friendly staff, and clean - no bugs. Would stay again.

Staying here was enjoyable. The breakfast was great. Friendly service. Clean and very comfortable beds. The sofa bed is old though, you know the kind where you sink. The fridge was not working properly, it didn't seem cold enough .

Fantastic accommodations for a Disneyland vacation! The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. It was a bit of a walk, but not too bad. The hotel had an excellent breakfast, and we very much enjoyed the full size fridge and small stove. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

I liked the convenience of being close to Disneyland. However, the hotel could use some upgrades. The elevators were not running the first day and the water pressure was HORRIBLE. The sink was giving more pressure than the shower.

The room was spacious and clean the beds where comfortable. The elevator was a hoke ypu had to use your room key to use them and they only give you 2 keys so everytime the kids wanted to go in the elevator they needed a key. The breakfast was hit or miss not worth it to even go to.

The hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast staff always friendly, helpful and patient. Hotel was clean and had a social hour which sadly we did not get to take part in. Only issue I had was hotel had a smell (could be from cooking in rooms, wet carpet from people using the pool and running thru the hotel) but I’m not sure what it was. The pool area was well kept. The rooms were clean, having a kitchen with a stove was a plus especially when traveling with a family and not wanting fast food every day. The clean staff was wonderful and helpful. Less than a mile walk to Disneyland/CA. Most of walk is on Disney property and felt very safe even after park closing. Complimentary breakfast was one of the better we have had. Always fresh food and well staffed to keep food fresh and eating area clean. Front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Plenty of parking, we were told it was $25 a night, but charged only $15. The negative; elevators seemed to have issue most of the week were there and house keeping. Our room didn’t get serviced by housekeeping for the first 5 days. We were told that it was because when the supervisor checked at 8am we had the do not disturb sign up. We left the room by 10:30/ 11 everyday sometimes not returning until after midnight. Despite taking down the do not disturb sign room was not serviced. When inquired at front desk were told it was because the sign was up at 8am. This was not anything that we had experienced before.

My family, our pet (perfectly trained and social, and whose acceptance was one of the reasons for choosing this pet-friendly hotel) and I arrived at the facilities at 9:00 a.m., after a trip of more than 6 hours from San Francisco. We knew that the official check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., however, it is also clearly indicated on Hotels.com that you can request early check-in with an additional charge, which we were willing to pay without objection. Great stay! No complaints about the property other than the mugginess in the hallways. Spacious rooms and convenient location. All front desk personnel were great however, Brianna was AMAZING! Beautiful Hotel! They offered a deal from a local Italian place in lieu of room service and it was delicious! Rooms were clean and quiet! Hotel staff was lovely! Great place to stay when going to Disneyland.

Gentleman that checked me in was amazing!! And everything about the hotel we loved except when we checked out on a Sunday after we had requested a late checkout in advance a lady was super rude and made us feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome and rushed to leave the hotel to turn room around and there was no manager on duty to help us out regarding her attitude , other than that hotel is great second time we stay there and last time there was no rudeness , hope weekend front desk staff gets more training on customer service.

I wanted to stay at a hotel that was close to Disneyland. I found Staybridge that was closer than others at a lower price and nicer. The room had two queen beds and a sleep sofa. It was a large room with everything we needed. We walked to Disneyland which took us 15-20min, easy walk front desk will tell you how to go. One day we walked to where the trams were and ride them in. I think walking or taking the tram took the same amount of time. It’s $25 per night to park at the hotel. I believe Disneyland also charges the same. I will book here again next year.

Nice hotel, clean and good price compared to other hotels in walking distance to Disney. Hotel is only a 20 minute walk to downtown Disney. Walking path is well lit at night. Hotel also has free laundry services.

The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh Fruit, hot and cold cereal, greek yogurt with all the mix-ins, eggs, omelettes and a waffle making station were our favorites. And you can snag a bagel for a late morning snack! The pool is small and outdoors, parking is easy and its walkable to disneyland. We will stay again!

The employees were wonderful, the breakfast was incredible, they also served dinners as complementary for three nights Monday to Wednesday we had stayed, even though we don’t drink alcohol, they served wine for compliment. I recommend and I will be very happy to come back again. My family and I were enjoyed our stayed. Thank you .

For some reason their weekend breakfast times are later so if you are going to Disney you can’t have breakfast there. Also their sofa beds are really bad so careful if you try and sleep 6 in a room (they have a room that allows up to 6 but is not very realistic with their sofa beds)

I loved that this hotel had a breakfast and a full kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. I wish they would have had a hot tub and often times the eggs and sausage served with the breakfast were cold.

No shuttle to Disneyland we had to uber its close but too far and we got so exhausted. Beds were hard, having a full kitchen was nice. I love coming here this is literally my go to spot to book for when I’m going to Disneyland it’s literally affordable and you still get a magical experience so many families stay here for their Disney vacations too and the breakfast is great quality in my opinion and seeing all the little families up and ready for their Disney trips is so adorable I honestly will continue to come back here always
I love coming here this is literally my go to spot to book for when I’m going to Disneyland it’s literally affordable and you still get a magical experience so many families stay here for their Disney vacations too and the breakfast is great quality in my opinion and seeing all the little families up and ready for their Disney trips is so adorable I honestly will continue to come back here always
