Loved the place and the people! This quiet spot is clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony. The property has a lovely garden. The breakfast was delicious. The bnb is an easy walk to the beach, which has gorgeous white sand. You can easily catch a bus to the historic centre of Palermo to sightsee. The bus takes about 20 minutes to downtown Palermo. Valerio greeted us with his excellent English, providing a warm welcome, bus directions, restaurant advice, and making arrangements for a taxi to take us to the airport on Easter Sunday. He also got up early to prepare breakfast, including cappuccino and freshly squeezed orange juice from the oranges in the garden. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Top Frühstück klein aber superfein und frisch.Je nach Zimmer steht man früh auf - unser Zimmer teilte sich eine Wand mit dem Frühstücksraum, wir waren daher Punkt 7:35 Uhr zum Zeitpunkt der Vorbereitung wach. Kann auch ein Vorteil sein. Abends ruhig. Fahrradverleih vorhanden. Bäcker keine 4min zu Fuss entfernt

A prendre en compte si vous reservez plusieurs chambres afin d'éviter de vs retrouver séparés comme ce fut le cas pour nous. Bon accueil. Parking facile dans la rue. Chambre spacieuse avec belle terrasse au rez de chaussée mais matelas trop dur pour nous. Pt déjeuner correct. 15 mn à pied de la plage et du restaurant le plus proche.

The setting was lovely; very idyllic with a lovely garden and terrace. Hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Beds comfortable. Easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Very pleasant stay.

Vilket mysigt B&B. Kan verkligen rekommendera det. Bilderna på rummen visade inte vilken fin status de hade. Vi hade bokat rum med terrass. Stort rum ,modernt inrett och känsla av att vara nyrenoverat. Terrassen var mycket stor och var tillgänglig ifrån trädgården. Lugnt ställe. Mycket bra att man kunde låna cyklar av boendet. Frukosten var som förväntad. Gott kaffe och man blev mätt. Inga svenska smörgåsbord men för att vara i Italien, helt ok.

We stayed here for a week in October and had a lovely time. The property is situated in a quiet street, close to Valdesi beach in the Mondello area, with on street parking outside the property. We stayed in the garden room (2 adults and 1 teenager), which was situated in a small independent building in the garden, with its own, private patio and entrance. This allowed us flexibility and freedom to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble from the friendly hosts (3 brothers). I will definitely return next time I visit Palermo.

Good breakfast, calm location, and convenient access to Palermo’s city center. The only downsides were the slightly thin walls—you could occasionally hear neighboring rooms—and that the cleaning staff forgot to restock the toilet paper in our room.

Supertrevligt bed and breakfast med två byggnader på olika sidor av en liten gata. Vi bodde i 11 nätter i det vita lite nyare huset. Stora rymliga rum med en liten uteplats att sitta på eller hänga upp blöta badkläder på. Rent och fräscht överallt. Killarna som har stället är fantastiska. De är så hjälpsamma gällande allt från nya handdukar till restaurangtips. Frukosten innehöll det man önskar och frågar man får man även bacon och ägg. En kortare promenad på ca 5-10 minuter och du är framme på stranden. Det finns även livsmedelsbutiker i närheten dit man kan gå på 5-15 minuter beroende på vilken man går till. Återvänder mer än gärna!

Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. Easy walk to the main strip. Very sufficient breakfast of fruit, pastries, juices and cappuccino. Would recommend!

Breakfast was just below fine. Many types of bread, although mostly sweet ones, and perhaps they tried a little too hard to have many choices as basic things like normal white bread, juice and milk could be missing. Eggs and coffee are provided when requested, if not forgotten or misunderstood. Very good bed and I liked the pillows. Sound insulation is missing - everything from other rooms are heard. Some minor things like the outside door handle to the room was broken and a lamp on the toilet mirror was broken. Cleaning was very good and staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was a good size and clean. The welcome was great with instructions on the day on how to make contact so that someone was there to let us in. They were really helpful, especially with a superb recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. The location is good - a very quiet residential area about an 8 minute walk to the beach. The things that could be improved - a net curtain in the window. As the room was on the ground floor we felt we didn't have privacy unless we closed the main curtains. The bed was a bit soft. The TV is small for the room, and the selection for breakfast was not as plentiful as the photos on their web page.

The things that could be improved - a net curtain in the window. As the room was on the ground floor we felt we didn't have privacy unless we closed the main curtains. The bed was a bit soft. The TV is small for the room, and the selection for breakfast was not as plentiful as the photos on their web page.

Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. Easy walk to the main strip. Very sufficient breakfast of fruit, pastries, juices and cappuccino. Would recommend!

Breakfast was just below fine. Many types of bread, although mostly sweet ones, and perhaps they tried a little too hard to have many choices as basic things like normal white bread, juice and milk could be missing. Eggs and coffee are provided when requested, if not forgotten or misunderstood. Very good bed and I liked the pillows. Sound insulation is missing - everything from other rooms are heard. Some minor things like the outside door handle to the room was broken and a lamp on the toilet mirror was broken. Cleaning was very good and staff are friendly and helpful.

Loved the place and the people! This quiet spot is clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony. The property has a lovely garden. The breakfast was delicious. The bnb is an easy walk to the beach, which has gorgeous white sand. You can easily catch a bus to the historic centre of Palermo to sightsee. The bus takes about 20 minutes to downtown Palermo. Valerio greeted us with his excellent English, providing a warm welcome, bus directions, restaurant advice, and making arrangements for a taxi to take us to the airport on Easter Sunday. He also got up early to prepare breakfast, including cappuccino and freshly squeezed orange juice from the oranges in the garden. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Uns wurden hilfreiche Tipps zu Unternehmungen gegeben und auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Auch ein late check out war ohne Probleme möglich. Der Kaffee war hervorragend :)

Ein großes Dankeschön an Valerio. Sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat sich am Anreisetag bei uns gemeldet, wann wir ungefähr ankommen würden. Da er ab Nachmittag nicht mehr da ist, hat er uns alle relevanten Daten sehr einfach mitgeteilt (Self-Ceck in, wie wir zum Strand kommen, wo wir essen können…) Der Self-Check in war so einfach erklärt. Da kann garnichts schief gehen. Auch die Wegbeschreibung 1A. Am nächsten Morgen ein herzliches Willkommen. Wegen der Sprachbarriere fiel es uns schwer telefonisch ein Auto zu mieten. Auch hier war er sofort da und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Auto wurde bis in die Unterkunft gebracht. Hier würde ich raten, direkt im Vorfeld über den Airport eins zu mieten. Die Taxipreise sind etwas überteuert. Jederzeit werden wir wieder hier landen, sobald die Route Richtung Palermo zeigt.

Supertrevligt bed and breakfast med två byggnader på olika sidor av en liten gata. Vi bodde i 11 nätter i det vita lite nyare huset. Stora rymliga rum med en liten uteplats att sitta på eller hänga upp blöta badkläder på. Rent och fräscht överallt. Killarna som har stället är fantastiska. De är så hjälpsamma gällande allt från nya handdukar till restaurangtips. Frukosten innehöll det man önskar och frågar man får man även bacon och ägg. En kortare promenad på ca 5-10 minuter och du är framme på stranden. Det finns även livsmedelsbutiker i närheten dit man kan gå på 5-15 minuter beroende på vilken man går till. Återvänder mer än gärna!

Eine Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Leider gab es nicht so viele Lokale in der Umgebung. Dafür muss man an den Strand gehen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war etwas wenig, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Breakfast was OUTSTANDING (especially loved the variety of fresh fruits, yoghurts and the juices- traditional Italian breakfasts can be very pastry-heavy!), and also the best air con of any of the places we stayed whilst in Sicily (no need to set the temperature as low as you think!). Lovely comfortable room and helpful staff. The location is quiet, and would be perfect if you are coming by car. Lovely little local shop 2 minutes away who can make you up sandwiches to take to the beach / on your days out (open mornings till about 2pm, and then evenings 5-8pm). For public transport users like ourselves, note that this town is quite spread out (large blocks), and in the July heat, that means it is quite far and quite uncomfortable to walk around much. Taxis don't seem that easily available (although the hotel helped arrange our taxi back to Palermo on departure- we'd arrived by bus but couldn't face the walk and two bus journey in the heat for return). It would be ideal if this hotel could offer rental bikes, as that would make a big difference to getting around Modello. Our bathroom was across the corridor, which was not a problem other than there was no slide lock on the inside of the door- the only way to close it was with the same room key. Not a big deal, but a slide lock on the inside would be an improvement. Overall, very charming place to stay, but location not so convenient without a car if you are coming in the hottest months.
