Great staff and nice accommodations. The only thing which would have been a great addition would is a restaurant inside the property. That said, there is a restaurant partner very close by, and hence, my five starts.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The location in the pedestrian area of the City Center is great. Parking is only a short walk away in a safe private garage. We highly recommend this hotel!

I really liked the friendly staff and the location of the suites. However, it lacks a true lobby and on site / bar / restaurant. This is ok because breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby. The room I had was modern, clean and quiet. The elevator is vintage and very small but functional.

This property is in the best location possible for Belgrade. It is literaly 15 steps from famous Knez Mihajlova česma (drinking fountain). The only challenge is parking, located in a private garage about 100m from the hotel. This us a one way street and the GPS is always late. So, have someone look at the map. I was alone and overshot the garage by 10m, could not go back on a busy one lane one-way street. It took me 40min to return 10m earlier. The streets are blicked by police to prevent protesters from blocking the trafic. Hopefully, the stu

Nice chic hotel right in old town shopping area. Convenient to sights n restaurants. 10 min walk to fortress. Would recommend to splurge for a bigger room. Very compact yet have all modern amenities n necessities. Even have Netflix n prime on tv! Front desk very helpful. FYI the hotel is in no car zone. One block of walking w suitcase from main drop off street.

Lovely boutique hotel in downtown Belgrade. Walking distance to many historical sites with panoramic views of the Danube. Room was small but well appointed. Staff are helpful and speak English. Parking is off site but only a short walk. Would definitely stay at this property again.

One Luxury Suites was an excellent place to stay! The rooms are extremely clean, cozy, and very well designed. There are brick walls to give it character and glass walls and mirrors to make the space nice and airy. The front desk was extremely helpful too. Location is perfect, right in the pedestrian area but a very short walk to the bus that will get you to the train station. This hotel is excellent.

This property used toxic perfumed cleaning products that I had an allergic reaction to. Despite airing out the room they gave to me and a second room they offered me I was forced to check out after the 1st day out of a 5 day reservation (I was not even able to stay there the first night - I had to get another hotel at 11pm. I checked out the second day). It was impossible to sleep there bc of the reaction I was having - difficulty breathing, severe headache, swollen glands, sore throat. I was happy to pay for the reservation considering it was past the cancellation period however I noticed they did rent out my room to someone else because the type of room I rented was sold out for the remaining 4 days of my reservation. To me that is sad that they would profit from my inability to stay there and charge both me and someone else for the room. This is unfair and unethical. Some of the staff members were helpful and one- a male- was super rude. I would not recommend staying here especially if you have any sensitivity to perfumes or toxic chemicals. I have never had such a reaction in the past. These perfumes were particularly strong and I simply was having this reaction I couldn’t control. This is not a kind place to stay - that they would choose to profit off this situation.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a good location. Only drawback was that it’s in the middle of the city center and the city can be noisy outside. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat!

In particular, Marija provided outstanding assistance — she was courteous, attentive, and supported me with every detail. Very central hotel. Lovely modern rooms with lots of nice touches (complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee, fruit). Hairdryer provided & iron/ironing board brought to room on requesting. Comfortable beds, air con, large TV & nice bathroom. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Walking distance to bus stops, sights & reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

In old town. Lots of options for shopping, eating and walking around. Walking distance to the fortress too. Room designed really nicely and was soooo comfortable. Water pressure was super!! Mattress was so nice compared to my last stop.

The room we booked with the jacuzzi was fantastic. The design and the spaces were well thought. The location was great, right in the center with everything accessible by foot. Staff were brilliant and very helpful to give tips and guidelines about the city.

A wonderful little hotel in the heart of the Old City! The service at this hotel was AMAZING! Staff were so friendly and helped with everything from restaurants to bags to rides and airport transfers. Room was small but extremely well-appointed. Has everything you need. Close to many amazing restaurants - loved Comunale restaurant and the Three Hats. Enjoyed a wonderful cake and coffee at Hotel Moskva. Belgrade is an amazing city and this hotel is the perfect place to host you on your adventures. You won’t be disappointed with this gem!

The entire team was very knowledgeable and accommodating about the sites, restaurants, public transport etc. Located on a pedestrian street that is very close to all the sites and a great assortment of restaurants. Nice sized room with extremely large shower area. Comfortable mattress and pillows. WIFI was lightening fast. The team walked me yo my taxi on check out and gave me water and yummy cookies for my flight.

Great stay near all the wonderful things to see in Belgrade. Marija, Bojan, and Jovana were all immensely helpful in navigating travel arrangements, priorities for a short trip, and restaurant recommendations/reservations.

The location and hotel are great, but the staff is unbelievably great! So polite even before you check in, the great you at the taxi stop, walk you to there also, information and friendliness is what made book two extra nights when I was planning to try a different area or hotel

10/10 The room was perfect and very trendy. I loved the mattress so much I took a photo of the tag. Very great location in the city center near fortress and Skadarlija - east bus to St Sava and Nickola Museum. The best was their hospitality though, I can’t say enough about their staff and hospitality. They communicated very well through What’s App 24/7, they arranged my airport transfer and helped me find the right bus to take around town. They kept my bags before my check in and got me into my room as soon as possible since I arrived at 5am. I was able to borrow an extra outlet converter to use while there. After my check out they kept my bags again so I could explore the city more and even gave me a bag with two waters for my overnight train. So sweet! I wish I could have stayed longer. Did I mention how comfortable the bed was?

Great stay at One Luxury suites. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but inside the rooms are so beautifully appointed with a mix of wood, stone, brick and metal. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is 2 minute walk from the heart of the city, republic square, 10 minutes from the bohemian area ( great restaurants) and 5 minutes from the airport bus (#72). Also very easy to get to StSava from there. Only drawback, while they do have a kitchenette, don’t expect to cook big meals. I had two stovetops and a very small fridge that doubled as minibar. But there are plenty of cheap and tasty restaurants around, and who wants to cook on vacation anyway? This is a great little hotel, highly recommend it

A wonderful little hotel in the heart of the Old City! The service at this hotel was AMAZING! Staff were so friendly and helped with everything from restaurants to bags to rides and airport transfers. Room was small but extremely well-appointed. Has everything you need. Close to many amazing restaurants - loved Comunale restaurant and the Three Hats. Enjoyed a wonderful cake and coffee at Hotel Moskva. Belgrade is an amazing city and this hotel is the perfect place to host you on your adventures. You won’t be disappointed with this gem!

Great central location. Our room was tiny (on par with Paris) but had a nice shower. Young friendly and helpful team at the counter all spoke english. Best souvenir shop in Belgrade is right around the corner. Public transport stops are nearby. Wonderful breakfast at the local restaurant.

Perfect location in Belgrade’s pedestrian shopping district! The hotel was impressively clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to help with recommendations and directions. The best part was stepping outside to find countless great restaurants within walking distance. Made exploring the city super convenient, especially with only a short walk to buses and trams. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade who wants to be in the heart of everything.

This property is in the best location possible for Belgrade. It is literaly 15 steps from famous Knez Mihajlova česma (drinking fountain). The only challenge is parking, located in a private garage about 100m from the hotel. This us a one way street and the GPS is always late. So, have someone look at the map. I was alone and overshot the garage by 10m, could not go back on a busy one lane one-way street. It took me 40min to return 10m earlier. The streets are blicked by police to prevent protesters from blocking the trafic. Hopefully, the stu

Nice chic hotel right in old town shopping area. Convenient to sights n restaurants. 10 min walk to fortress. Would recommend to splurge for a bigger room. Very compact yet have all modern amenities n necessities. Even have Netflix n prime on tv! Front desk very helpful. FYI the hotel is in no car zone. One block of walking w suitcase from main drop off street.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett und das Bettsofa waren ausgesprochen bequem. Wir bewohnten eine suite tum Innenhof, keine grossartige Aussicht aber total ruhig. Perfekt um zu entspannen. Einzig der Mini-Kühlschrank war nicht sehr effizient. Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein und zu Fuss erreicht man bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt. Reception-Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

O quarto é muito confortável, amplo. A localização é perfeita; fizemos tudo a pé ou de ônibus. As duas moças da recepção foram muito solícitas e receptivas, dando dicas do que fazer, como nos locomovermos (transporte público gratuito). Chegamos bem cedo e deixamos as malas. Quando retornamos já estavam no quarto. O café da manhã é servido em um restaurante a poucos metros, uma delícia!

Modernt, fräscht och rent boende mitt i centrala Belgrad med frukt på rummet. Spännande lösning på badrummet med väggar av glas. Frukosten bestod av olika alternativ på en restaurang runt hörnet dit personalen följde oss. All personal var supertrevlig och tillmötesgående. De bokade taxi och bord till oss på olika restauranger. Inför hemresan fick vi vars en flaska vatten och en liten present. Allt fungerade utmärkt! Ett hotell som vi gärna återvänder till.

I really liked the friendly staff and the location of the suites. However, it lacks a true lobby and on site / bar / restaurant. This is ok because breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby. The room I had was modern, clean and quiet. The elevator is vintage and very small but functional.

This property is top quality and doesn't get much better for being modern, clean and family friendly with its size and location. Easy check in process as well and staff are very friendly and helpful with bags and luggage items. This is literally located in the centre of Belgrade and everything is on your doorstep from bakeries, bank arm's, shops and dining options. We had a big day of travel so opted for in room dining (room service) from Plato restaurant which was absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend the food attached to the hotel. For 50 euro we got meat for 2, 2 shops salads and 3 desserts, absolutely delicious and ready for bed. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very good experience staying in One Luxury Suites. We were greeted by very pleasant, helpful employee showing who took the time to escort us and in detail showed the room and all amenities. A very rear treat in hotels nowadays. Hotel is located in the very centar of Belgrade, very lively pedestrian zone Knez Mihajlova, the room was quiet. Checking out was a-breeze and we got a fare well pack of water, soda and a branded small notes booklet. Room was clean with a mini bar, coffee machine, bottled water although Belgrade tap water is drinkable. What I have missed is a little more space in the room itself.

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was no wardrobe or hangers to hang our clothes. Apart from these issues, the room was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location of the hotel was excellent. I would consider staying here again if I come back. However, the lack of a wardrobe and hangers for storing and hanging clothes, as well as the room being much smaller than I expected, would make me think twice.

This place was the perfect stay for our trip to Belgrade. Great location near Republic Square, easy access to the city and lots of transport nearby.
