Inhouse multi-storey carpark which helps if you have an expensive vehicle. Check-in can be improved as it is quite busy, the room is unavailable until 4 pm, was upgraded to a bigger room which was nice! Very big room with a dining table and a big fridge. Overall a pleasant stay.

sincerely appreciated the hotel helping us have connecting rooms to better take care of my child. i do feel some improvements needed - rainy day absolutely no hot water, hot tap had absolutely no water coming out of it. pool/jacuzzi has a smell that lingered after. couldn't order food at pool was asked to go to lobby to order, was asked to self return pool towels if brought to room to pool side though attendant wasn't always there, at breakfast walked into restaurant with no assistance to self find table, half the food was not available and waiting some no restocking. could be better for pullman. hope it improves!

The large cool lobby is an indicator of what is to come. Large rooms (albeit an odd layout) with an excellent bathroom. Large soft comfortable beds. Well appointed room with muted decor. The infinity pool is beautiful with lovely views over the river and sea. No loungers though. There is a large sauna and jacuzzi. The men's steam room was out of order. Breakfast had very good coffee and an excellent array of foods though they did not vary in the time I was there. The staff were friendly. It really is a delightful place to stay.

Camere molto spaziose, colazione varia ma manca la marmellata ed i porta uova. La marmellata che usano è sintetica, con colori visibilmente eccessivi. Il personale è comunque molto gentile e fa il possibile per soddisfare il cliente. Da migliorare il servizio in camera di cui ci siamo lamentati varie volte. Bellissima la sauna e lo steam room. Peccato che in sauna manchi la clessidra e lo strumento per l'umidità, e la luce non sia coperta da grata. Nel complesso comunque il soggiorno è stato molto di nostro gradimento.

Room was not ready 1.5hours after we checked-in at 3pm. Love the sea view and NY fireworks view at night and the large room. Cleanliness needs to work on, a lot : Stained main door, minibar had yellow liquid in it, stained pillow with yellow marking, dust on ceiling on top of the bed. We expected more from Pullman at that pricing. First experience of this chain hotel, not a good first experience. Good thing we stayed over for one night only.

Location was great. Facilities in the room were not checked for it's proper functioning such as the tv remote controller and the choking of the sink. I had to call the housekeeping twice to get them fixed.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman last year. Sadly, this time was disappointing. I got a connected room with little sound protection. To no fault of the Pullman, my neighbour was very loud, shouting frequently and on a speakerphone call on well past 1AM. Thankfully, the staff allowed me to switch rooms. After packing up and relocating, the next room was filthy. There were grease/dirt foot/shoe prints all over. White lotion (I hope) was splattered on the nightstand and next to the bed. The countertop in the sink still had water stains from the previous guest. I was assured that the morning staff had already cleaned and was told that the dirt stains were paint. When I showed them that the stains wiped away the staff mopped again. While I'm very appreciative that someone was able to help, and understand that the staff likely have a lot of pressure to clean quickly I am disappointed as my first room and last year's experience were not like this. I also had the misfortune of breaking an iron. I talked with the staff who quoted RM180 ($50), then said it was RM 390 ($115). This was a huge shock but I was willing to pay as it was my fault. Upon asking further, it turned out that a different guest had broken an iron and was given a discount and they had mistaken me for them. They were able to give me the same price but of course never offered until I and asked to be treated the same way. The Pullman is comfortable if you ask for what you need, but they won't offer things upfront.

The hotel is under staff do check in took a long time. There were 4 different families staying & we all had different issues. Rooms are made really late. There is no partition in the shower so everything gets wet. The key stopped working after 2 days. The sir cond was not working & they had to change room. overall the stay wasn't that pleasant.

Stayed here for 1 night and this used to be my favourite hotel in Miri. I was given a room with a door adjacent to the next room. I could hear the next door guest clearly everytime she coughs. I booked a sea view but I was given a partial water view room Then comes the breakfast. I went down before 10 and many things were not available. There were no anchovies for nasi lemak and the only curry left is fish! Sorry but I don’t think I’ve taken nasi lemak fish curry. There are no other meat available in the whole restaurant. They have dim sum, the egg counter and noodles. They really need to improve their service.

Fabulous hotel right on the waterfront , we had a river view which was amazing . Breakfast has lots of choice and will suit all tastes . Bedroom was huge , slight criticism was the lack of drawers . You have some hanging space but considering size of room no cabinets . Socket for hairdryer also too far away from mirror which made styling hair difficult. Light in bathroom and bedroom also not great , no bright lights . All in all a great hotel , definitely use again .

We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling.

Everything is QR coded, but the QR code at this hotel is all adds and spam. They pander to Halal over a veriaty of options. So No Pork! I went and purchased pork belly and enjoyed it in the lobby. The room servuce menu is unacceptable and difficult from the food served on the main floor. The 7th floor lounge staff is rude and horrible. The only good place in the hotel is the Drinking Ape Bar. The staff there are perfect. I will not be returning when i am in Miri.

Had a very fabulous stay here with big rooms and extremely comfortable beds! There were initially some minor issues with the room but it was all wonderfully and professionally sorted out by the Duty Manager, Mr Fezelerie Bangau, who was exemplary of the high standards of Pullman Hotel group. The hotel location was also great as it was just a 2-minute short walking distance to 2 seafood restaurants. Highly recommended!

Just spent a night in the hotel. Lobby was nearly shut down due to an event, there was a concert in front of the lobby so no space for the car to stop. No bell boy service - so we wheeled the luggage trolley ourselves.

Very hard to fault the Pullman in Miri, we found the position of the hotel was most probably its worst feature,we like to walk if possible to shopping etc and the Pullman has many roads to cross to get there. However the hotel had stunning views from our room of the city and ocean We would like thank all staff for making us feel welcome and for going out of their way to make our visit special

Had a very fabulous stay here with big rooms and extremely comfortable beds! The sea view of the room is great and the room is very spacious however we were quite disappointed with food service. We ordered our food at 6.30pm and 40 mins later our food hasn't arrived. I asked the waiter at 7.10pm what is the status on our food and he said it is going to take another 45mins. Almost 2 hours just for 4 dishes is very absurd. Therefore we had to cancel our order as we have an event to attend at 8pm. So we had to rush to a near by café to grab a quick bite.
