Hôtel vieillissant, qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. De nombreux accessoires sont branlants (tablette du lavabo, pommeau de douche, porte de la salle de bain...) La salle de fitness manque des essentiels: haltères, fontaine d'eau, serviettes?? Le petit déjeuner est très basique. Localisation: un peu trop excentré. Dans les équipements, le Spa relève le niveau.

Situation plutôt commode pour se déplacer ( mais loin du métro) Petit déjeuner passable, restauration sans grande fantaisie, je retiendrais l’amabilité du personnel du restaurant du soir. Chambre d’un autre temps, mobilier usé, couvertures avec des fils tirés, baignoire à bulles qui ne se vide pas, miroir de la SDB fissuré, peu de luminosité et l’éclairage est partiel. Service de chambre inexistant : 2 serviettes pour 4… pas de papier wc. Il y a une climatisation mais pas fonctionnelle, 25,7 degrés dans la chambre, obligés de dormir avec le velux ouvert alors que l’environnement de l’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant. Pour une suite junior, c’était moyen… Le spa est payant: 25€ les 3h. L’employée de la réception nous a facturé 30€ de taxe de séjour en plus… heureusement que j’ai été vigilante, je lui ai montré ma facture Hôtels.com, ils ont rectifié mais ne semblaient pas ravie. Pour ce tarif, passez votre chemin, il y a bien Mieux à Rome!

The furniture in the room was old and carpet and walls were stained, it didn’t seem clean although the toilet was fine. The service in the reception was very different depending on the staff. We got really good and friendly service from 1 person, and really bad service from 2 others, as they seemed annoyed and bothered. We asked for a band-aid one night as my mom cut her finger and were told they didn’t have, without looking. We then asked again the next morning and the girl was so friendly and got us one. In the evening we had some questions about the check-out and ordered a taxi for the airport early next morning. The guy seemed annoyed and bothered by the questions ( simple ones : how much is the tourist tax, and payment methods) he ordered a hotel taxi and reassured us we could pay by card. The next morning the taxi takes us to the airport and at the end of the trip he asked for cash payment. As I didn’t have cash I told him that would not be possible. Then he just asked me to go to the atm. I refused as I was promised card payment and wasn’t about to withdraw more cash in a foreign currency when leaving the country. Then he asked me to sort it out with the hotel. As I was told he was a hotel taxi I asked him to call them and sort it out him self. At the end we found a solution. But the whole experience with bad service and misinformation just created a very stressful situation.
