The floor had old carpet and it was raveled. There was a brown stain in the tub. The toilet was not secure. The toilet would rock when we sat on it. Part of the security lock was missing. The AC was wonderful. And the bed slept good. I would still pick this hotel over the other hotel in town!

I like staying at the Cochran inn but today I had a weird encounter where someone had twisted the door handle as if they were trying to enter. I thought nothing of it thinking they had the wrong room. Then 5 minutes later a guy enters with a key card, seen me standing there, apologized and left. Check out is at 11:00, yet it was 9:30a. Don’t know why he was trying to enter but wouldn’t it be smart to try after 11:00a? After that happened I just packed up and left.

The property is slightly older but its very clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised. This is probably the only good motel in Cochran. Definitely will stay here again!

Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.
