Motel Caldas

Bad wether so not relevant to use it

When we first got there, there was a huge industrial door and we had to use a buzzer to get in. We almost booked another hotel. However, the person running the place was quite lovely and let us out to a little cute pool area where we had a nice dinner that they delivered to us. However, we had to hike another mile or so outside of the city to get to the hotel would not stay there again.

I stayed here for one night after walking 15 miles from Pontevedra on the Camino de Santiago Pros: -The women at the front desk was very kind and let me check in 3 hours early -The price is hard to beat as it was 35 euros for 1 night for a single standard room with king bed (the rooms are also very spacious) Cons: -You feel like you are entering and exiting a maximum security prison as you can only enter and exit the premise through a gate that has to be opened by talking to person at reception on an intercom -My room was in poor condition: there was a small hole in it, lots of hair in the bathroom, and the heating was not working (Thus, I was rather cold since it was 55 degrees F° outside). -The motel is about a 15 minute walk from the center of Caldas de Reis Overall, not a bad spot to stay while on the Camino as it is a very good price but many things need to be improved and the rooms desperately need a remodeling/renovation

La formule Motel était tout à fait adaptée à mon style de voyages par étapes. Garage sécurisé à côté de mon logement qui était en parfait état. Bon service avec tout l'équipement nécessaire d'une salle de bain. Je n'ai pas profiter de la piscine mais elle est très belle. Le petite bourgade à proximité Caldas de Reis est touristiquement intéressante avec de belles randonnées et la mer pas très loin.

Estancia correcta. La persona que nos recibió muy amable y la habitación espaciosa y limpia. Tiene parking individual para cada habitación.
