I cannot say enough for the wonderful staff at Villas Llafranch because I had made a huge mistake in booking a studio with a bed that came out of the wall and a staircase that was extremely dangerous for a person over 70 years old. My mistake was overlooked by the staff and they got me extremely comfortable first floor on the beach apartment I’m traveling alone, but they accommodated me quickly and was great concern for my health and my well-being. Just loved the staff. Facundo and his assistant we’re extremely kind to me the kind of attention you do not get in many places in the world. Thank you.

organisation de l'accueil mauvais . Il faut aller chercher la clef chez une agence alors qu'on n'a aucun plan pour y aller. Nous avons failli partir !!! D'ailleurs très difficile aussi de trouver l'appartement sans aucun plan de Calella. On a mis plus d'une heure Dommage car bien pour le reste
