Super safe for travellers especially if you aren’t from india. They have security at the front 24/7 and gates locked at night. It’s the perfect location from all the hot spots in Bandra. Only downside is there is no gym and the rooms aren’t renovated. All staff members are amazing.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai.

Bloom Boutique is centrally located in the area of Bandra west, about 20 minute taxi from the airport. Its on a main road with gated security 24/7, making it a safe place to stay (as I was a female travelling alone). Totally walkable to the trendy areas of Bandra West & Pali Hills with plenty of shopping, dining, massage, parks & bar options. The hotel is overall clean and decorated well. Staff is friendly. The rooms are not as nice as photos listed online, Id give it a 2.5/5 condition, but its spacious, clean enough and has what you need. Restaurant on the rooftop and downstairs are beautiful, large delicious spread of breakfast options. At night, it can be loud with music & traffic. I would recommend this stay for a mid-range, safe hotel.

Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash.

Nice hotel with good security. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Two restaurants with excellent food and different menus. The hotel is set back from a busy road which is noisy but you soon get used to that. Shops in Bandra are within walking distance or easy to get to by tuctuc.

Vi anlände till hotellet långt innan incheckning, men fick ändå checka in tidigare utan kostnad, vilket vi var väldigt tacksamma för efter en lång flygning. Rummet som låg på sjätte våningen var stort om än slitet. Även om receptionen osv ser modern ut är inte rummen renoverade. Annars var rummet bra, jättebra dusch, vatten, te/kaffe och allt annan en kan begära fanns. Däremot var städningen dålig. Det var rejält skitigt under sängen exempelvis. Förvånande dåligt. Bra Wi-Fi och AC. Frukosten var jättebra med massor av alternativ. Personalen var trevlig om än något avståndstagande. De hjälpte till med de frågor vi hade. En sen kväll gick strömmen och det började blinka i rummet. Störigt när en precis hade somnat, och det löste sig ganska snabbt, men det hör inte till vanligheterna på ett hotell. Det verkade som att det hade gått en säkring, det var alltså inte ett större strömavbrott. Vi hade som sagt ett rum på sjätte våningen och på våningen över finns en restaurang/bar. Där spelas det musik, och under lördagskvällen natten var det väldigt högt. Det gjorde det mycket svårt att sova utan öronproppar. It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.

The room was terrible. The both room flooded and the TV was unplugged as it didn’t work. The AC dripped. The people were amazing. But the facility was miserable

I found the hotel to be adequate, but unfortunately lacking in several areas. My room did not have a proper closet to hang up clothing. While the room size was good, and the AC worked great, the bathroom and shower was wholly inadequate. Hot water wasn’t working adequately. Restaurant food was ok, but not great and I found a bit overpriced. What I have found to be most upsetting though is that I was promised a refund within ten days when I had to check out early, and here I am 30 days later still waiting for my refund. I find this completely unacceptable from an establishment such as this and truly unprofessional. When I call to inquire about my refund, I simply get the same answer — that it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Only to call back in 10 days to be told it will be issued in 7 to 10 days. Difficult to recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash.

This not like the bloom room in delhi who are chic, clean, and modern. At this hotel the safe was old, the soap and shampoo were bad and sub standard, and the shower was not the nice modern one that i was used to. This property needs is in serious need of a upgrade to be like the other bloom rooms.

Nice hotel with good security. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Two restaurants with excellent food and different menus. The hotel is set back from a busy road which is noisy but you soon get used to that. Shops in Bandra are within walking distance or easy to get to by tuctuc.

EXCELLENT attention to detail, well designed and clean throughout, had a Hoxton Hotel (UK) Vibe. great and warm staff, State of the art contact methods (QR codes, websites) Food of good quality excellent breakfasts. Front of House friendly and helpful. Recommend this highly. Restaurant and Roof Terrace. Stay!

The staff were incredibly helpful- I would say above and beyond. There are a lot of young people and it gives the place a very upbeat vibe. The cafe attached is also great to be able to work or just chill- especially great because I had work to do and then was catching a flight. I would highly recommend to friends in the US where I am from if visiting Mumbai.

All staff were really helpful, approachable and attentive to our needs. They helped to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t remember the names of all the staff, but a big thanks to Din Dayal and his team and the kitchen and security staff. The location was perfect as well as it is very close to all the shops and services we needed. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to come back someday.

Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai.

Our favorite place before and after new ownership because of convenience, comfort and really outstanding free breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, great coffee shop and facilities downstairs, very near the shopping areas of Linking Road. Lots of eating places and unique boutiques near by. Bloom properties that own the chain should do a better job of providing telephone numbers of the local property as the one provided is out of Delhi. Uber comes here great but auto drivers have problems for some reason, perhaps they do not use GPS. Will be our go to place for visits to Mumbai. Have a follow up visit soon and will post after that stay again

Bloom Boutique is centrally located in the area of Bandra west, about 20 minute taxi from the airport. Its on a main road with gated security 24/7, making it a safe place to stay (as I was a female travelling alone). Totally walkable to the trendy areas of Bandra West & Pali Hills with plenty of shopping, dining, massage, parks & bar options. The hotel is overall clean and decorated well. Staff is friendly. The rooms are not as nice as photos listed online, Id give it a 2.5/5 condition, but its spacious, clean enough and has what you need. Restaurant on the rooftop and downstairs are beautiful, large delicious spread of breakfast options. At night, it can be loud with music & traffic. I would recommend this stay for a mid-range, safe hotel.

En blandad upplevelese, om än främst positiv. Vi anlände till hotellet långt innan incheckning, men fick ändå checka in tidigare utan kostnad, vilket vi var väldigt tacksamma för efter en lång flygning. Rummet som låg på sjätte våningen var stort om än slitet. Även om receptionen osv ser modern ut är inte rummen renoverade. Annars var rummet bra, jättebra dusch, vatten, te/kaffe och allt annan en kan begära fanns. Däremot var städningen dålig. Det var rejält skitigt under sängen exempelvis. Förvånande dåligt. Bra Wi-Fi och AC. Frukosten var jättebra med massor av alternativ. Personalen var trevlig om än något avståndstagande. De hjälpte till med de frågor vi hade. En sen kväll gick strömmen och det började blinka i rummet. Störigt när en precis hade somnat, och det löste sig ganska snabbt, men det hör inte till vanligheterna på ett hotell. Det verkade som att det hade gått en säkring, det var alltså inte ett större strömavbrott. Vi hade som sagt ett rum på sjätte våningen och på våningen över finns en restaurang/bar. Där spelas det musik, och under lördagskvällen natten var det väldigt högt. Det gjorde det mycket svårt att sova utan öronproppar. Det här var inget personalen informerade om, och drar nästan ned betyget till tre stjärnor. Det är svårt att förstå hur hotellet tänker här. This property is as good as European hotels and in some aspects exceeds them. The staff go above and beyond for guests, nothing is too much trouble. Morning breakfast is excellent and evening dinner is fantastic.

The hotel is in poor condition. Some areas were being renovated while we were there but this was very disruptive and the mess was not cleared up promptly. Breakfast is in a dingy basement and did not look good - despite it being included in the room rate we did not eat it. The room was spacious but didn't feel particularly clean. While the bed sheets were clean you could see stains from the mattress and pillows through them. The toilet was in the shower so was soaked every time we showered. There were holes in the walls/ceiling - just felt very run down. The air conditioning was good. We were told to keep the curtains closed as the hotel exterior was being painted. This was unpleasant. The rooftop bar, cafe and restaurant were all nice areas - I can't comment on the food but we had pleasant drinks there. The area is great - the location of the hotel is its best feature. The staff were brilliant - friendly, polite and attentive.
The hotel is in poor condition. Some areas were being renovated while we were there but this was very disruptive and the mess was not cleared up promptly. Breakfast is in a dingy basement and did not look good - despite it being included in the room rate we did not eat it. The room was spacious but didn't feel particularly clean. While the bed sheets were clean you could see stains from the mattress and pillows through them. The toilet was in the shower so was soaked every time we showered. Clean room great staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety and friendly staff. Thank you to the night staff for helping me get a train ticket another guest was kind enough to purchase it and I was able to pay them back. The location is good not too far from main tourist sites and travel is cheap.

An acceptable hotel in Bandra, but lacking any real character. Trying western style. The rooms are adequately furnished, but due to the densely built-up area, the curtains must always remain closed and there are only blackout curtains, resulting is no natural light. The interior design is unremarkable, aside from the repetitive use of yellow coloured elements. Cheap plastic flower decorations. The hallways were constantly used as storage space for folded-up extra beds, which was quite unsightly. Add to that the noise and dust from an unannounced construction work in the hotel. There's a trendy café (no tea available), a nice restaurant, and a rather cluttered rooftop terrace with no view. Breakfast is good, served in the basement. Overall, the hotel offers only mediocre value for money.
