Hotel Ora was very clean and the building is a unique architectural structure. When we first arrived it was a few hours early and was told it would be an extra charge for early check in. I understood and was OK with it except we are from the US and had to rely on public transportation to go anywhere and the only options were Uber taxi's. We hung out in the lobby for an hour trying to figure out how to get to the closest restaurant or shopping area. They did have free lockers we could store our luggage, but there is nothing in walking distance, they did not recommend anywhere we could go either. We finally found a shopping area near Incheon Terminal 1, Paradise City Plaza, and just as we were getting ready to get an Uber the agent came over and said we could check in (now 2 hours early) for free and she upgraded us to the runway view of the hotel which was awesome!! We were so tired we just hung out in the room until room service was available at 6pm and ordered dinner then. Food was great, a little pricey but what hotel food isn't. When we checked in we signed up for a shuttle. Since there was 3 of us and 6 bags total, we had to split up into 2 different shuttles since they only allowed for 3 bags per room per shuttle. That worked out fine for us. Moral of the story is, bring snacks or get your meal before you check in unless you are Ok with room service or getting an Uber to get to a restaurant off site. Overall I would highly recommend a short overnight stay.

Please make sure to check what time you are arriving and book shuttle as needed because the shuttle doesn’t run 24hrs and it doesnt

I was told to wait almost 2 hours for the next shuttle Bus. I arrived at the Shuttle pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled stop. And waited until 7:15. The bus never showed up. Needed to Take a $20 Taxi for what should have been free. Also, it was very cold waiting for the pick-up.

Quiet area, close to airport, clean and up to date restroom, easy self-check in, stylish building. However, hotel shuttle has to be reserved two days in advance and only have limited time options, practically useless.

Loved the clean, comfortable minimalist design. The bathroom was huge and very clean. We loved the shampoo and shower gel equipped, and the free air shuttle! Make sure you book at least a day in advance. We booked the 730 am and the driver arrived at 725am and took off on the dot. Took us 10 mins to get to Incheon.

When I booked the hotel, it indicated a free shuttle bus included. However, what we were not told is that their last shuttle bus departs from the airport at 9:00 pm. We had to call a taxi because we just missed the 9 pm bus. I wasn’t aware it was the last bus. When I asked the hotel when the next bus will arrive, we were told onsite that the one that left at 9 was the last bus for the day and they were not going to arrange another one for us.

The staff was helpful. We only stayed one night but noticed the bathroom was somewhat moldy. The bedding was dusty. The pillows were too thick but the staff was very helpful.

Staff was fine but the shower room was very slippery and I fell while taking shower and almost hit my head on the bench inside. Exterior of the hotel was fine but inside the room was not very clean. I will not be staying again.

호텔 오라 인천 정말 좋다고 생각합니다. 20일날 오후 3시 비행기라 하루 전에가서 놀려고 했는데 방도 크고, 욕조도 있습니다. 무엇보다 셔틀 시간대가 정해져있긴 하지만 셔틀 이용이 가능해 여유롭게 인천공항까지 갈 수있는건 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다. 인천공항 근처에 있어서 공항 이용이 아니라도 이용하기 좋은 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

Room very clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner was tasty as was the buffet breakfast.

First room we stayed in , there were noticeable stains on the couch and foot rest. The shower handle fell off and there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they changed our room. The new room there were dirty shower towels. The toilet flush handle is broken. Can’t flush toilet properly.

The room was mostly clean but there was a large stain on the ottoman, the comforter had holes at the top and there were several cracks in the bathroom tile where you stand when using the sink. The hotel is right by the airport, but is at least a 15 min drive to Terminal 2. The hotel shuttle didn’t start until 6:00am so I scheduled a taxi. It did not show and the first 3 I tried to hail cancelled so be aware that you may have trouble finding transportation to the airport, which is why I chose this hotel—to not have that problem.

비용 대비 만족도가 매우 높은 호텔입니다. 객실은 청결하고 편안하며 직원들 또한 매우 친절합니다. 공항 셔틀을 무료로 운영하고 있는데 사전 예약이 필요합니다.

비행기가 잘 보인다고해서 지인추천 받고 아기와 숙박했는데, 요청한 침대가드에는 누가봐도 보이는 이물질이 여러군데 묻어있고, 침대주변에도 먼지가 많았어요. 냉장고 내부도 깨끗하지 않아서 닦고 사용했습니다. 청결면에서 0점 드리고 싶네요. 8층 객실에서 비행기는 잘 보였고, 대략 밤10시~새벽2시에는 가까운 활주로가 비행을 안해서 소음 없이 잘 수 있었습니다. 재방문은 없을 것 같습니다.

Loved the huge bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the price is right for a quick stopover.

The room was good, the bed was great, and the view was amazing. Bathroom had complications, nice hotel you’d expect to have at least a bidet on the toilet but no there isn’t. Shower needs to be fixed, hand shower holder is loose needs to be tightened and the main shower head needs a description to turn that on because i’ve checked everywhere no handle. The shower handle needs to be glued back from the handle it tends to come off. As per shuttles in and out, they should just make the shuttles run all day going in the hotel and coming out. As the hotel looks nice and a quick stop hotel for a night or 2, it needs a couple of fixing here and there. Overall I had a good room, the night receptionist was amazing and very caring.

Nice spacious room and bathroom with comfortable bath and shower. I would not book it again though because it was way too warm in our room (25 degrees). When I arrived the airco was cooling, when I went to bed it was off. I called reception who told me it was centrally arranged and they could not turn it on again.

Great hotel - slightly strange location in the middle of an industrial estate but very well positioned for airport. Very large comfortable room with great bed. Friendly staff. Room a little aged and a lack of sockets near bed which was strange for a modern hotel

The main issue was the HVAC was not working in the entire building which made sleeping impossible.

Very clean and so spacious

Only stayed one night but the room was lovely, the bed huge and super comfortable. A little surprised you have to pay for room slippers and the towels in the bathroom were all small hand towels so using the shower.. you could not use them because they would t get around half the body. I found this odd. Bath / shower towels that would fit a child. The shower also wouldn’t stay in place and remained flopped over. There was no way to switch to the overhead shower, and water leaked in the corner onto the bathroom floor.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and patient with me when I was trying to figure out the taxi app

The shuttle driver was extremely rude. Reflects poorly on the entire hotel. I refuse to stay there again because of him.

It is a terrible hotel. The staffs are useless. They are not helpful.

This property was actually quite nice. The service by the staff is exceptional and the staff was extremely nice. Great value and I would highly recommend this property.

Staff was not friendly.

Staff were super friendly which I really appreciated after a long travel day. Room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable! It was also very convenient to have the shuttle to and from the airport. Would stay again!

This was our last stop before flying home to Singapore - Hotel Ora provided proximity to Incheon airport, Inspire Mall & Eulwangi Beach - a comfortable location to enjoy last minute pleasures that Korea had to offer.

Good place to stay for overnight layover in Seoul. Large clean rooms. Free airport pickup and dropoff is a plus. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport, in a rural area. Not much around it.

I booked this hotel because I thought it's 1.3 miles away; however, it's at least 5-6 miles away. Even if you want to walk, you cannot walk unless you want to walk on the highway. Also, $80/night in South Korea is overpriced!

Not close to anything

Hotel is very good, but isolated. No shops or restaurants nearby. You can't walk anywhere. Best to have a vehicle or, like me, have a brief overnight stay. Staff were good, and there is an airport shuttle. I would stay again.

There was nothing in the area for dining. No bus lines near by or subway. The hotel did not have a shuttle van or shuttle bus the only transportation was Uber. Very inconvenient.

The perfect location to stay if you are travelling by plane. It is a 15 minute drive from and to both terminal 1 and 2. The hotel is very clean and spacious. Also the perfect location for planespotters like I am. You will have an amazing time if you choose the room with runway view. There is also a free shuttle bus available which made it very easy to get to the airport :)

Clean, new, comfort bed and pillow. Close to airport but if you do not have a car, you have to use shuttle bus( as time schedule) or use a taxi which cost around 20000 won

침대가 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 호텔 조식이 수준급으로 맛있습니다. 한식 반찬, 야끼소바, 커리치킨 등등 정말 맛있네요. 앞으로도 공항 근처에서 숙박할 때는 꼭 이용하고 싶습니다.

I liked their location. The room was clean and quiet, and more space compared to other hotels. What I didn't like was they did not run the dinning room on weekdays. Other than that, everything was good. I will stay there again in the future.

I like the spacious room, but the free breakfast is half a sandwich ,not including any drinks, a cup of coffee costs 6500 Won.

Pros: Airport adjacent, about a 15 minute cab ride, you can see the airport from the hotel, but its far enough away that you cant hear it. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The fried chicken from their restaurant was fantastic. Friendly staff. Cons: Limited shuttle and restaurant hours. Please read their shuttle information closely or be prepared to take a cab.

部屋は広く、白が基調でバスタブもあり綺麗です。残念だったのはバスタオルが無かった事とトイレもティッシュが流せないのが残念でした。ただし夜遅くのチェックインにも関わらず、大変親切でした。軽食を食べたかったのですが22時でレストランはクローズでしたので食べてからチェックインをお薦めします。

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff but there is nothing around the hotel. No shops or restaurants and the hotel restaurant is quite expensive with small portions. The restaurant is open gor breakfast at weekends only! Other days its just a small sandwich and a can of sweet ice coffee you pick up at the frontdesk. Overall a good stay.
