Got in too late to switch hotels but I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. I travel with a service animal for my husband health and paid for a non smoking the hotel changed it to smoking they argued with me and tried to show me I didn’t pick non smoking once showing and explaining that due to my husband health issues I need a non smoking he finally had a room that wasn’t. And upon checking in the front desk wanting me to fill out a form for my service animal which is against federal law. I tried to explain and show but he refused to listen so I just signed and that was it. The first room smelt so bad you could smell it thru the door the second room had a black light on the while so I scanned the sheets and saw bodily fluids on the bed the wall and roof had mold on it. I ended up sleeping above all the sheets. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this room especially with a service animals. The breakfast was twinkies and waffles

Room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was very, very limited. If you like a Twinkie and some cereal you’ll be happy! We had a minor issue where they checked us in for one day when we had actually reserved and paid for two days. But it was easily resolved.

This is my go-to place when I'm in Katy. The manager is wonderful and the room is always clean. The refrigerator and microwave always work. This is a nice, clean place to stay that is much quieter than staying in a place on I-10. I've stayed here ten times or and am always pleased by the owner's genuine warmth.

They were very rude. They tried to kick my daughter out when I was gone because she had her boyfriend come over to visit. Then called early in the morning saying she need to shut her dog up and she don't even have a dog. It was mine and I was gone with my dog. They sure don't like you to have company come over to visit what so ever.

The check-in process was sketchy, didn't sign anything, just took ID and gave us our room. People outside watching us park and unload. People sitting in vehicles, people walking around the parking lot. Property well maintained and room was clean and big. The area wasn't the greatest but it was ok for the price.

Staff - Outstanding Room - Clean and nicely remodeled. No real room amenities but it is nice enough. Highly functional. Mini fridge, microwave, big mirror, hair dryer, good water pressure, desk and chair, sofa and coffee table. Dresser and king size bed. Bring your own covers and pillows though. AC is only adequate but it was on the top floor and it was in the middle of a heatwave so it's probably better than I think. The price was very good through Hotels.com. Quite place and MANY restaurants are very close. Chuys is 50 yards away. Decent little breakfast bar. I would stay here again.

Rooms were unclean and rundown. No actual blanket on the bed. Came in very late. Checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel. The staff at the front desk were very kind. They did refund for the nights not spent. Not sure how this property has an 8.8/10 rating. Truly should be much lower. Again, they were nice and refunded me.
